Alamo City Credit Union Northwest Loop, San Antonio

I have been a member at other credit unions in the past but none of them have provided me with the excellent customer service service, superior financial guidance, and genuine concern this organization provides. This credit union really does practice what it preaches and it DOES take care of its members I was at a serous point financially where I didn’t think I had any other options available to me. NO ONE would give me the loan I needed except Alamo City. They took a chance on me and it’s been a great partnership ever since. I can honestly say my life has changed completely because of it. I now have a new home, new car, and are financial sound. Without their help, there’s no way I’d be where I am now. So if everyone has told you no and won’t help you with your financial needs or you’re just looking for a credit union who really does care about its their members, give the place a try. I’m telling you from personal experience you’ll be glad you did.

I must say this was by far the easiest & most convenient process i have ever experienced . Matt helped me with everything I needed and answered all my questions . Everyone is nice and friendly , I look forward to continued membership with Alamo city CU and will be recommending it to other family & friends ! Thank you for all your help !
