Advia Credit Union Comstock Ave, Kalamazoo

Came here about 45 minutes before closing on Wednesday February 2 to open a business bank account for my LLC and some Karen at the front desk was very rude and hurtful. Within not even 5 seconds of walking in no one greeted me or even acknowledged me. When Karen finally walked up to the counter she acted like what I was asking was an inconvenience to her. And to be quite frank, I felt discriminated against. I have a ton of tattoos (including a neck tattoo) and because of this some people make assumptions about me and treat me according to their false beliefs about me. The questions she asked me, her demeanor, her cadence and tone of voice made me feel like she was looking down on me. Like I was a lesser individual and I left that place feeling very upset and without a business bank account. I wouldn't recommend this branch or credit union to anyone. There are much better places out there that will treat you with the respect you deserve. Don't settle here.

Worst customer service ever! Not only will you be treated and talked down to like a child while calling and pointing out there mistakes, you will then be argued with. This bank is a joke, save yourself the hassle and go with someone else the last 2 years Advia has gotten worse and worse I’ll be closing all accounts along with my children’s.

Advia is terrible, how does it take 48+ hours for a single purchase to go through? Advia isn't even tryin to help people build credit either, they just wanna take advantage of people with decent credit and screw them over. Not to mention they'll take money from your account and rob you with ridiculous overdraft fees.

My hubby has cashed his check in the drive threw since covid hit. Today after being ignored for 20min in the drive threw we then get told he would haft to go inside because they don't cash non members checks in the drive threw. That was insane... Definitely should treat people better
