I can not believe I did this to myself again. Poor communication skills. It’s fair to say that after 10 years I have to take my business somewhere else this place is very unprofessional no communication skills and certainly unsatisfied especially with the owner John I doubt they’re doing any taxes 2022 I have been calling and inquiring about filing my taxes I even sent emails and no one had the decency to reply back.

The experience there was top notch as a first time customer. From the front desk staff to my tax preparer Mario. He explained everything thoroughly and with detailed information on how the process goes. He was very well mannered and I appreciate all that they did for me. I will be coming back! Thank you Advent Financial ! I look forward to next year!

Poor communication needs to be reported to the better business bureau

The company Advent Tax is the worst! My father and I have been going there for over 4 years they are so unprofessional! This year I was not able to get anyone to do my father taxes was not able to get anyone on the phone after numerous called even going there leaving message with a number of employees, they wouldn't call me back, finally today September 4th I went there and was told they would not do my father tax for free anymore????? Unknown to me that they were doing them free ! So I said to him, OK charge me , I don't want anything free, all I want is to have my father tax prepared! They flat-out refuse to do my father tax, who is 83 years old they've been doing it for the last 4 years if it was just the matter of money, I would have paid them which we have always paid! That location is more than what it seems to be, they are doing more than just taxes! ! So please, please do not go there do not patronize them do not send any family members, if they treat someone like this, just think what they would do if you encounter a problem with the IRS!!!!!!because it's not right and I will be reporting it to the IRS and the Better Business Bureau!

Thank you for the amazing tax services. Can't wait to receive my money. They're the best in town, believe me when I tell you. My tax refund was double than my old tax guy was going to get me.
