I had been communicating with him for months before I finally decided to make the jump and I am so glad I did. Sean was an ace at his job and made the lending process smooth without any guess work. He made sure we had the best plan to suite our needs. Thank you to Sean and AdvantageFirst Lending.

We had a great experience working with Ante Zlomislic and Jennifer Skinner at Advantage First!!! Great team, very professional, very true to their words! The whole loan process was fast and smooth- it was done in less than a month hassle free and no empty promises! Excellent job Ante and Jennifer! I’m a first time home buyer who at that time was very concern and I had so many questions but after talking to Ante, I was at ease, my questions were answered and I gained more valuable information to help me with my credit scores. Ante is straight forward, from the get go he will tell you what he can do as long as you provide him with accurate information. He explained the whole process to us from beginning to end very clearly and everything he said was true. If we have to do it again, we will with Advantage First Lending and especially with Jennifer Skinner and Ante Zlomislic!!!

Two stars because the SR. Loan originator was a really nice person and explained everything extremely well. Just one major information that wasn't told to us that he wasn't aware of. His Suprivisor is the problem. His supervisor knew this very important information and did not bother to tell his employee this information resulting in a major financial surprise for us. His supervisor has awful customer service skills. We had to keep reminding him what the problem was and he kept telling us what we already know. He finally gave a insincere apology at the end and did not answer the question as to why this information was not told to us prior to us signing the paperwork. We will not be using this company in the future.

I was very happy with my experience with Gus Alfaro and the team at AdvantageFirst Lending. I"ve done well over 6 Refinances in my time and this one was probably the fastest and easiest. Gus was quick and polite in all our interactions via email, text, and phone, keeping us on track throughout the process.

Working with Ante Zlomislic and team was such a great experience. He didn’t make this feel like it was just a transaction. He took the time to relay information and he went above and beyond. This purchase was very very special to my family at a time that brought on overwhelming emotions and he made this entire process as smooth as possible.

He is very polite and patient and will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best offers and great services. Maria Smith was one of the support staff, she was helpful with gettings items quickly done. Highly recommend.

Bait and switch or predatory lending practices may be experienced from this lender's mailing advertising. Was send a letter stating I am pre-qualified for 30 yr mortgage refinancerates of 3.5 to 3.875% with $57k cash out due to pre-sceened credit worthiness. Upon calling they insisted to run my credit check before verifying the rate and then informed that my rate is 5.8%. I asked why the discrepancy between the letter and now given rate and Estaban's explanation was the rates go up daily and it went up two percent by the time they mailed the enter to today. I opened the letter as soon as I received it. I know the Fed is not raising rates by 2% in a matter of 3-4 days so why the falsely advertised rates in a mailing? My credit hasn't changed. Just bait and switch and now I have an inquiry ding on my credit report. Buyer beware I do not recommend this company. Now they sent a letter of credit rejection when I did not even apply for a loan or request credit line, I made it clear I was just shopping for rates. I hope the FCRA will respond to this situation. If I see something like a credit denial on my credit report I will seek my rights by the full letter of the law.

Please do your due diligence and yourself a favor and shop with other lenders! The fees were outrageous. They almost sold me with their sales pitch of being small family owned company. MAKE SURE YOU TRIPLE CHECK YOUR DISCLOSURES FOR HIDDEN FEES AND POINTS.

This is our second time using Andrew with our services to refinance our property and I cannot recommended anyone else as his has been our smoothies transactions and communication is on point with him. He satisfies what we look for in a trusted lender and helping us like as if we were his family. Andrew kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and always updated us as soon as he found out information and moved us along the process real smoothly. He is very understanding and is very patient with us through the whole process considering my wife and I schedule is completely booked throughout the week with family, kids extracurricular activities, and just trying to deal with life. When I responded to a letter I received in the mail, I did not know what to expect. I spoke with Shane Hogan and things changed from that point on. Shane made me very comfortable about the entire process and he explained and answered questions with knowledge and professionalism. He made promises that he was able to keep. I do not recommend, I responded to a letter they sent me to refinance. I think her name is Carly difficult to get in contact and never answer the phone. She said she'll call me back with numbers same day but no response! I texted and called, nothing! I advised to cancel my application. No longer interested.

These people are trying to scam you. Don’t give them any personal information they pulled my credit without my permission and are very pushy. I told them NO explicitly multiple times and they still did it. Extremely poor business practices and very unprofessional. Stay away.

Do you believe in define intervention? You may be wondering why a review is starting out with this question. Well, I can tell you I am now a true believer! I received one of those random do you want to re-fi call, not from Sean, and I said ‘sure if you can get me what I want without costing me anything’. The caller said no problem and so it began. Then I received a call from Sean, I just assumed, as he did my current loan, the outreach was because he has some visibility into what I was doing. Wrong! He was calling to tell me there had been a change in lending guidelines and he know I had wanted to do a cash out re-fi. We talked and I told him what I was doing and in true Sean fashion, he asked if he ‘could look at what I had been promised and in the meantime would work up some numbers for me. No pressure if the other lender could deliver something he could not’ he would understand. The long and short of it all is the “promise” was empty, $15,000 in fees were buried AND I foolishly did not catch it, thankfully, Sean did. Sean and his team were able to get me what I wanted in what I will say has been by far the most efficiently processed loan I have ever done. Every member of the First Advantage team and I worked with was fabulous! Sean, Maria Sandoval and Camilla Aznavian are professional, personable, pleasant, and efficient with a keen attention to detail. You cannot go wrong working with this team or Advantage First Lending!
