I just wanna give Felicita a huge shout out!!! I always go to advanced financial to load money on my card or get a money order and she always chats it up with me and helps tremendously!!! But today I went in to do a money load and I passed out while standing there and she immediately came behind the counter gave me a water and granola bar and helped my brother get me up!!! I’m so thankful and more than grateful Felicita helped me such a caring and kind hearted woman!!!

I went in today to catch up on my late payments and was first greeted by everyone very professionally. Jenille was the representative that assisted me with making my payment and as I was providing my reasons for falling behind Chelsea overhead and went above and beyond to call on my behalf and make arrangements to help me out. Both ladies went out of the way to help me and try to get me caught up. Personalities in the building are amazing it’s like talking to close friends or family. Definitely the best bill paying experience ever and let’s be honest paying bills is not fun but when you are treated like these individuals treat you who wouldn’t come back to borrow money again.

First this place isn’t open 24/7 Second the workers are very rude and racist. I was in line when a white lady skipped the whole line and they attended her before me and like the other 4 people in line . Then when they finished with her I was next so I walked up and the guy pretended to answer a phone call and told me “ get back in line can’t you see I’m busy “ worst experience in my life
