The staff is friendly, helpful, and very politeful.. The service was fast and I didn't have to wait in line very long either... I like and love it... Thank you and I definitely appreciated as well... I would recommend anyone to this place for future reference...

Im thankful for Advance America, especially during financial hardships. The staff are courteous, professional and empathetic towards my needs. Quita is wonderful. She has assisted me with my loan for several months; ever since I first became a customer.

This is my favorite store. The employees that work there are very knowledgeable and very friendly and provide excellent customer service. The manager that works there is amazing, very nice person and answers all your questions professionally and accurate.

I am working on receiving a loan and do appreciate the professionalism and knowledge of the A.A. Associates. I do believe the Marketing used for Company Betterment gives an untrue impression of how Every walk of life can easily Receive monies, ain't the case...regardless they're a good company.

Leonardo is the worse representative I’ve had to deal with. The first time I went for a loan and he knew all along and pretended I needed a money order saying to me that they were out of money order and 10 mins later he said that he didn’t understand 🙄. And again today Advance America has all my documents from the best office on Sw 8 St. (Which I just went here because I was around the area) again problems with Leonardo wanted bank statements. Lidia and Rudy on Sw 8 St keep being the best of what you do. Never going back to this location again. I speak to him in English and Spanish and still pretends he doesn’t understand 🤦‍♀️. Please get better service in this location or better management. 😡
