Helpful, respectful and more of a business decision making Understandable person with great hospitality to a customer like myself that considered their business at home … better yet a family !

La familia Is a no-nonse yet fair pawnshop. previously I expressed my dissatisfaction with their services In a negative review. However Since then they Reached out and earnestly apologized. In fact it was all due to a simple misunderstanding. They care about their customers and treat them with respect as long as you treat them the same in return. If at some point like myself you feel that they are being rude or you are being disrespected; it’s nothing personal. Keep in mind That on a daily basis they have to deal with less than reasonable customers (to say the least as I have witnessed it myself). With that in mind they have the patience of a saint. As long as whatever it is you are selling or pawning is in fully functional condition without any missing pieces no matter how small you may feel that missing piece may be you have to view it from their perspective. understandably nobody would like to purchase a television without a remote control or buy a stereo system that works but only under the condition that you have the time to search and order an obscure piece of hardware Necessary for it to function properly. Of all the pawnshops within a 3-4 mile radius of them they are by far the best and will remain to not just have my business but also be the only pawn shop I will go to.

Came in to fix a chain, that unfortunately was irreparable. But Eloy got me a great deal in a better quality chain. Super happy with my experience. I'd definitely recommend.
