I've always been hesitant to give my business to Pawn shops. I went with a friend to this location. It was refreshing to see how Gilberto treated his customers. He provided several options for my friend all with a great attitude and even taking time to help other employees at the same time. I got the impression that he made that place tick and tock .My friend felt that he got a good deal and that means a lot. I notice some items that drew my interest, there is a lot of merchandise at this location a lot to take in the first time around. I decided to come back and speak to Gilberto, when I walked in i saw that the store had been re-merchandised, Ive worked retail for a long time and this is a savvy way of reintroducing merchandise for the customer I appreciated that. I also felt Gilberto gave me a good deal. I'm looking forward to going back to see what they have in the future.
