I just wanted to leave this review because I notice that they like to reply to the bad ones and call them “fake” and report it. Hahaha, says the company with good reviews that have accounts with the same last names. Notice a pattern? Don’t be tricked, go to a real loan business. Letter to the owner; no one owes you any proof for a review, ya dunce. Don’t know what dunce means? Look it up in the English dictionary. Dunce, just like this company is. Mediocre at best for giving loans. Ned was right in his early review, these people need better phone etiquette and way better service. If you value your time; don’t come here.

This office has a huge problem with honesty and professionalism. They don’t keep their word, and have terrible phone etiquette. Go to another reputable business for a loan, not this one. Also, they really need to do something about the mold problem. The smell is repugnant.

They have terrible phone service and their manager looks and sounds like he doesn’t want to work. Be careful, since I notice that they delete most bad reviews, don’t let them fool you. Choose an actual corporate owned, reputable loan company. Because on top of office maintenance, and having no people skills; these people obviously can’t handle it.

Horrible, horrible service. Do not come here, I came inside a few minutes before closing and the manager gave me a smug look; would barely help me and the office is poorly maintained. Please don’t go here for loan. Find different, respectful business.

On top of the fact that these people’s office reeks of mold, they are the true definition of unprofessional. They dodge calls, and don’t commit to their word when they say they will call you back. Get a loan from Amscot or any OFFICIAL, corporate owned loan place. Not these vultures.

Amazing how they like to take the time out to call out fake accounts for bad reviews but don’t address the good reviews that consists of the same last names and accounts with one post. Just like the negative ones? Same exact pattern! Hahah they are trying to balance out their reviews. Anyway, this company is mediocre. Trash manager; trash staff. Don’t come here. Get a payday loan or go to an actual reputable business. Not “presta fácil” where the only thing that’s “fácil” for these people is phone dodging and bad service.

The owners of Presta Fácil were a pleasure, they were very understanding and professional. Everyone who comes here knows they are in good hands and I recommend them to anyone in the Miami/South Florida area. They speak Spanish and English.
