This is the most dishonest company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Do not take loans out from this establishment. They will do math with you and give you false information based on rates that they have provided. The employees will “Walk you through” your contract “explaining what you are signing” But are actually rushing you through so that you are unaware of your actual options. They will conveniently leave out information about paying off your loan early and policies to help unsatisfied customers so they can continue to make a quick buck! On top of that whenever they’re assisting you ensuring you that the misunderstanding was a mistake and your fees will be waived, after you leave the establishment, they will continue to charge you interest on said fees claiming the supervisor is now refusing to honor the assistance that you were given to resolve the issue. When you ask to said supervisor they will tell you that somebody will give you a call in regards to the matter to which you will never hear back from this office and will have to call continuously! This company does not work honorably. They will automatically draft these excessive fees and interest out of your bank account without your knowledge after they have told you that the situation has been resolved!!! Terrible dishonest company refuses to help its customers And tricks you into stealing your money with their “ assurances“ and “Assistance”, Then when you call to ask about the situation they will tell you that the situation has been handled and they are not speaking on the matter and hang up. Interest and fees stack up on the days in which you are awaiting to hear back from the company and are automatically drafted from your bank account, then the company will refuse to reimburse you for the money (fees and interest that occurred while waiting on them) that is auto drafted. Worse than a loan shark shaking down honest people and ruining their credit with empty promises and slimy strategies. Do not trust this company or its employees, they will lie right to your face and as soon as you walk out the door will continue on making your life and finances worse! This place needs to be shut down.
