I've been coming to Advance America for quite some time and it's always a pleasant experience. Both Karina and Melissa have always been incredibly helpful and polite.

Melissa was a wonderful help! I showed her the wrong paycheck at first and she did her best to try to help, we found the correct one and she was able to help me with my loan. Defiantly would recommend to other to come here. Polite and helpful.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! They are absolute trash and thieves, and they only care about screwing you over and not helping you out. One of the girls who worked there was nice, but the one I talked to the most was so rude every single time I talked to her. I went in there and explained to her that I was trying to build my credit. So she suggested a title loan, and I listened to her because I didn’t know how everything worked, it was my first time doing this. After I made my payment every month for six months, when I went in to make my last payment, she told me that I owed an additional $658 on a $500 loan, after I had already paid over $600 into it. When I asked her how, she said my monthly payment was just my interest, not anything towards my principal. When I asked her why she didn’t explain it me when I got the loan, because if I would’ve known that’s how it would work I would’ve NEVER got the loan, she said “umm I’m not sure but there’s nothing I can do now because you already signed”!!! She didn’t know how to explain anything and absolutely screwed me!! They came and took my car without even sending me a notice!!! I received it in the mail THREE days after they came and took my car. Now not only am I having to pay 1200% interest on this loan, I have to now drive 2 hours away to get my car. She really needs a job NOT working with people because she clearly doesn’t care about them. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO BACK, and encourage everyone to stay away from this place! They don’t care about helping you! ABSOLUTE TRASH. They literally don’t even deserve the time I’ve spent talking about them, I just want to warn everyone about how awful this place is, and hopefully stop other people from giving them business because they absolutely don’t deserve it. They are the WORST business I have EVER dealt with, PLEASE for you own sake, DON’T GO TO THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A LOAN OFFICE. Trash.

Oh my they are amazing! I’ve used other places to get some extra cash but these guys are the best! The ladies here in San Angelo are top notch! They help in every way and are always kind!

Melissa is so nice and helpful when I needed a much needed loan. I had no other place to go and she was able to get me approved. I was nervous when I read some of the negative reviews, but obviously those were fake.
