Desiree the Manager, is GREAT and has a great staff too! Everyone in the location is nice and courteous, efficient, and very welcoming. I’ve worked with Desiree at another location, and just happened into this location once, and was pleasantly surprised to find she was transferred here! Very little waiting, if any, and very helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone. All the staff are courteous and efficient in helping with unforeseen financial needs. Would highly recommend A++++

When faced with a financial need that requires fast cash, I definitely recommend coming to Advance America. The process is quick and painless. Shemeika was extremely helpful and understanding with our situation, and worked very hard to meet our needs. She was courteous and professional and had a great attitude! We need more people like her in a customer service roll, because she is one of the best I've encountered. You are very lucky to have her as an employee.

Excellent customer service experience! From the beginning I was greeted by Desiree with a huge smile behind her mask! From the parking lot looking in, it seemed as if she was overwhelmed with several customers in the store and only her at the time. However, the calmness on the inside said different. As I waited for service I noticed how knowledgeable she was about the services offered, and how thorough she was at explaining these services to the customer she was assisting; so much that I knew what I needed before it was my turn in line. Then, when it was time to make my payment I spoke with Shamika over the phone. There was a mixup with my pay dates(because of small mistake on my end) and she resolved it over the phone within a matter of seconds. I was finally able to meet her face-to-face and, well... in today’s world customer service is the main thing that separates companies from their competitors, and they’re definitely doing things the right way. Personality can’t be taught!!!! She gives the place a family feel.
