Not sure what Google's problem is or why they won't update their hours as I submitted, even the employees who work here submitted the edited hours and Google still won't change it. These are thier ACTUAL hours: Mon-Thurs: 10am - 6pm Friday: 9:30am - 6:30pm Saturday: 10am - 3pm Sunday: closed Aside from that, employees are very friendly and professional. They usually have very little wait time, and they make the process fast and easy.

Today I went Advance America and Clarissa the attendant was extremely helpful with great energy. Clarissa explained in detail about the process of receiving a loan. Clarissa is very knowledgeable in providing information to the questions I had. Thank you again.

I was impressed by the professional courtesy and immaculate office of Advance America. This business also does its part to give back to the community, as an elementary school fundraiser was in progress when I visited.

Cindy was very professional and assistive. Great person and spirit.

Sadly incompetent staff. Called ahead to see what I needed to complete a transaction. Walked in, only customer in store. Explained I was in a hurry and would like to expedite the process, as such I asked to begin filling out the paper work. Clerk became angry and rude, suggesting I come back at my inconvenience. When I suggested she perhaps move at a slightly faster pace, perhaps even multitask (I do paperwork while she calls) she became furious. Don't waste your time. These people move slower than my nursing home patients. Too much competent competition in the area to bother with such lazy nonsense.

I needed help setting up my online account and I’m glad to say that Cindy was very assisting and helpful and made it fast and easy!
