I went here for the first time today to sell my kicks the atmosphere is cool, calming and peaceful everyone inside is dope and won’t give you a hard time anybody who comes here looking to sell anything you won’t regret they’ll explain everything to you in a professional manner they’ll help you and offer you a fair price for whatever you are trying to sell I went in today to sell some kicks and everything went smooth 10/10 experience highly recommend

Very impressed with this place. Awesome customer service. Nice to see it in my town. This is from a couple years back. Just never finished this review I guess. Chances are they are still top notch. Honest and customer centric. Choose this place first instead of wasting your time elswhere.

I've been coming here for years, on my first visit I was offered over $500 for a bracelet that 2 other shops only offered $300. Both Gentlemen are very nice and I have never felt like they are holding back or under valuing my items. I've never had a bad experience. I recommend you try them out for yourself, you'll be happy you did.

I brought my camera here and the gentleman were very helpful & curteous. Their store is filled with items you won’t find at any other pawn shop. They also got a great special on loans. Definitely the best place to come in buy a gift or even sell great items of rare quality.

Diamond Jim’s Pawn Shop is the only pawn shop I deal with. Whenever I’m having hard times and need cash, I come here. They always work with me, and give me what I need. I've been to other pawn shops many times... Always leaving with a dry mouth, and feeling like i just got robbed... This is the honest to GOD truth of my personal experience at Diamond Jim's. The 3 gentlemen I met were respectful, friendly, courteous, and most importantly... . Very professional. To be honest; I immediately felt at ease, the young man that assisted me, offered me 2 options, and both were a lot more cash than I was expecting. Friendly gentlemen at the counter. Talkative, informative, very open with pricing (they show you comparable prices online for item(s) in question and go over price quotes and selling points with you). I dealt mostly with Simon, who was kind and had a sense of humor. He was honest and gave me the best options for selling my items. I ended up selling to the shop, as I needed cash quick and my items were only taking up space in my apartment. Quick and easy service. I felt welcome. Business is clean. I came in this store with my Aunt, in search of getting rid of some old jewelry that I had. I can assure you that I didn't expect much, and yet they exceeded my expectations. I can’t believe I found this place ! I was given a loan for 3 times what I even expected , using jewelry I’d had around for years . First off the place is clean and displays are so interesting . Now for the employees - I’ve never met a more polite honest and patient group of guys . They greet you as if you’re a good friend , and work to give you what you need . They remind you when your bill is due and give an extension or grace period . My rough time is almost over , I’ve been able to start buying some jewelry back . But if I ever need a quick bail out I’ll be back and never go anywhere else ! Thank you Diamond Jim ❤️

Very Inviting staff & showroom. Friendly smiles greet you when you walk in, clean showroom & up to date items keep you there. I’m a tool & electronic junkie, and this place has plenty of both. Hands down the best pawn shop in LA. They are easy to deal with, very honest and extremely helpful. I've dealt with a lot of pawn shops in the past but they are definitely going to be my go to place. I highly recommend Diamond Jim's to everyone.

NiShaun (sp?) went above and beyond to find a way to turn a department store credit card into cash for me. Normally they don't work with most of them, but he found the store's items of value online that could be borrowed against. All I had to do was return the merchandise to the store (unopened) within 30 days and I owed nothing! (To the store. I had to pay the pawn fee, of course.) It was a big relief to get the cash I needed at a time of emergency. Good job!
