Customer service is great and knowledgeable! Very friendly, love to see someone's awesome personality shine in the workplace. An employee can really affect your mood during customer service interactions this was for the positive. Who wants to deal with terrible customer service or grumpy employees when you're already in the type of situation to need a loan and a little down yourself? No one I believe the employee who helped me was either named Melissa or Marisa 😂 I'm very close. Apologies if I have the name wrong but you rock!
