Sarah at the Navarre office was friendly, professional, and patient with me. I'd never met her before but she has a nice calming presence that strangers usually don't have. Most of the ladies at this office are pleasant, too. Vicky, I think her name was, was also a nice one that helped me before. I tend to forget to do surveys/reviews for people due to being busy so if we customers forget it's not because the experience was bad.

CJ has been amazing helping me with the stress of a vehicle loan, she is so patient and kind to me and educated in her craft !!! Thank you for going the extra mile 😊
