Very very helpful here! Veronica was able to refinance my loan and was very kind and friendly! They did their absolute best to refinance considering my situation and I appreciate them so much for that! Highly recommend coming here to apply for a loan!

I was advised by a Netspend member service rep to go to Advance America and have a Netspend temporary card attached to my account that had been compromised so I may have access to my funds. Went to the location and explained my situation to the employee that the Netspend rep advised, the girl seemed confused said she had never heard of such a thing so she called another location to speak to a mgr. She had me explain the situation over the phone to mgr then mgrwent on to say they no longer have Netspend cards only “Purpose cards” and that the system changed 2 years ago. Explained to her that I was told that all they had to do is call Netspend and they would walk them through the process. Granted I also told them I had done this about a year ago and the mgr back then was able to assist me. When they kept making excuses not to even attempt to help me I called Netspend member service and told them and they asked to speak to the employee and explain how they do have the capability to help me. Employee still said they don’t do Netspend card even though I showed her the Netspend brochure on the counter. She then said sorry that’s only for our loan customers. The Netspend employee was the ONLY ONE who apologized for being treated and rejected by an Advance America employee. Granted I am a past employee from Advance and left company on good terms over 5 yrs ago and that is why my account is still linked to the member service account, I was really disappointed on how they just didn’t even try to help me and take the initiative to call Netspend and see if they can help me.

Most definitely recommend this location, the ladies Cindy and Gloria at this location are really professional and were so helpful.
