I'm from Austin TX and even if it wasnt for the pandemic austin people seem to not care for business or respect others because I just spent nearly a grand due to the amount of respect I was shown by the staff and of course the manager on duty Christian In addition I came for jewelry which I purchased but ended up purchasing more then I need do to ths great prices.

Came in to pawn a Gibson guitar i had. Came with COA and warrenty in the Gibson bag. These guys took 10 minutes opening the guitar only to tell me that they dont know what they are looking for then proceeding to say its a fake. Excellent detective work, no harm done. I then take my guitar down the street to Action Pawn and got more so what i wanted. NOW HERES THE FUNNY PART, the next day i come in with a Vox amp to pawn. They examine it only to have genius of a manager to say that this amp is fake. I never died on the inside til now. Never in my life i thought something so ridiculous would happen. So i went to pawn shop down the street and got more than what i wanted! GO TO ACTION PAWN they have a better selection of items and give you good prices.
