I had one of the most easy and helpful experiences when becoming a member at the downtown branch. Greg, Ana, and Kimberly were all a great help and extremely informal during the process. All my concerned were met with reassurance and real answers which I appreciated. Looking forward to do more business here with these great people.

I applied for an auto loan and had many complications on the dealerships side and the AdditionFi staff fought for me. I definitely recommend not only this credit Union but also the location. Andrew and Ana was a great help, they did the extra mile for me. His attentiveness was so good it felt as if he was only working my case. I would definitely be going back to Andrew in the future. She also noticed We were paying way to much in interest on our auto loan and helped us get 2.75%!! She stayed in touch the entire process and was extremely knowledgable and transparent. My husband and I visited Addition Financial institution initially to see if I could refinance my vehicle, well that didn't go through. But Ana Santiago wouldn't give up... she turned the table and did a refi for my husband Charles and that one worked out better than we thought it would. The interest rate was reduced drastically in his favor, she opened him a cash app account and a checking account!! I've been trying to get him to do this for Many years!
