Insight Credit Union E Robinson St, Orlando

I went this morning to cash a check at the Osceola location and they still have the sign to get into the lobby you have to make an appointment. I asked when they will be opening the lobby for any transaction that we as the customer don't have the time to make an appointment. As the teller was answering the question this other lady interrupted and with a rude attitude told me that an appointment is the only way to come into the lobby because they are under staff. I did not know that other banks are offering the use of Publix atms for free and guess what I just opened an account with Mccoy which offers that too and soon I wont have to deal with this bank and horrible customer service anymore.

Insight made major system conversion were bank acct number were changed with out notice to the client. If you have automatic deposits linked to your accounts the were automatically kicked back without notice to you. If yo own a business your merchant deposits will not be accepted due to your account no longer existing. The branch and the 1800 are no use no body know why any of it is happening.

I had a problem with this bank prior. I deposited a check through the app on my phone and the deposit was accepted. Weeks later my deposit was reversed and no one called to tell me they were cancelling my deposit for whatever reason. I just soo happened to look at my account and the money was taken out. No phone call, message Or Anything!!! I called the bank to find out what happened and they said the image was rejected by the main department that does the deposits. . LET ME TELL YOU, the image was perfectly clear otherwise it would not have accepted the transaction to begin with.. Please do yourself a favor and be careful with your deposits from is company, very sneaky...

I can’t believe they’re allowed to call themselves a bank. ATM rarely works. No parking. Always long slow lines. Time to switch my accounts to a REAL BANK.

This is not a credit union that I would share or suggest anyone to use. The friendliness is definitely not.

Please answer your phones. At literally any point. I'm a customer and you're a bank. I don't want to hear "leave a message and we'll call you back!" at 1 pm on a weekday, to summarily never be called back. It seems like the only way to get any service is if you march into a physical location, you guys may as well disconnect your phone lines.

Called today to get checking account balance, but person who finally answered asked me for my SS number after asking my name, then told me that after I give her my SS number-one had to contact her Manager to give him the info. Then, he would look it up and then give me the info requested. WTF is going on with this supposed conversion?? I told her I would call back at a later time, but have been trying to get in touch ny phone for over a week. What a crock@

This places is horrible. Whatever you do DONT GET AN ACCOUNT HERE.!!!! Go to a real bank!!!

It would be NICE to have deposit envelopes and slips available at the ATM or upgrade the ATM for cash and check deposits like all other credit unions, so we don’t need them envelopes or slips.
