I had the pleasure of having JP as my Customer Service Representative. After a very frustrating morning, he not only called me back immediately after we accidentally got disconnected, but he also took it upon himself to call my local branch and speak to the necessary people. Not only did he fix the problem immediately, he also ensured that no future problems would occur, concerning that specific issue. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and kind. He answered all of my hundred questions with patience, knowledge, genuine concern, and the utmost professional decorum. Our family recently had the opportunity to work with Pat Richards in the Fern Park ranch. Our mother who had banked with Addition for many many years had recently passed away. My sister and I had many questions and things will work out to finalize accounts. We were so fortunate to have Pat walk us through the entire process which involved working with other branches and coordinating paperwork. We worked with JP at the Fern Park branch, today to open a joint checking and saving since we just got recently married. JP was the best! He was so friendly and informative. He helped us out so much and gave us all the info we needed about what to do when changing my name and all that for the banking process. He made the whole process super easy!! I had a excellent experience working with Melinda in Fern Park she made sure me and my husband understood everything that was going on. We live in Orlando and she explained and did everything over the phone we did not have to go into the office. When we went to Enterprise to get the car everything was ready all we had to do was sign a few papers and we were out the door. If u ever need a car go see Melinda she is Awesome.
