Deborah is amazing. She was helping us when we were working with another agent. She gave us some amazing pointers and really made us feel like she had our best interest in mind when she counseled us. She was so awesome that we stopped working with a different bank in order to work with Deborah. She is the manager but because we felt so comfortable with her, she scheduled our next appointment with her directly. Excellent service and amazing staff make me confident that we are banking at the right place.

Try to avoid this place, if you want to have a pleasant experience when you make an appointment to ask a question about your account. They made me wait 25 min. when there were only 4 customers at the branch. Then the branch employee didn't introduce herself. She asked what do you need and when I told her, she tried to blame on me, that they took so long to take care of me. She was not professional, in other words low class, with her personal phone on at her desk. She did not even apologize when it rang. Not going back to this branch and I do not recommended it

My experience with Addition Financial was a positive one. The name of the customer service agent that helped me is Que. He was very professional, courteous, and patient. He answered all my questions. He is such an asset to your company. I highly recommend him.

My representative was patient, informative, and provided excellent customer service while I was inside the branch doing a legal name change. Most times you go in a bank they are quick to get you in and out. He took his time and was extremely thorough and nice! I am grateful. :)

We went yesterday and was greeted by a very helpful teller. Didn't get her name but she was very pleasant. We then met with Jose, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. He offered solutions that worked for us and effectively took care of our needs. Jose is definitely a huge asset to Addition Financial. I highly recommend Jose for your banking needs. While this is one of the smaller locations of Addition Financial Credit Union, formally CFE CU - it is BIG on customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was called to the teller almost immediately, he quickly handled my transaction and I was on my way. That’s the way it should be. The staff here is friendly and very professional. Great experience.
