    My lady and I have been looking for a new credit union after much disappointment with our current one. We were welcomed into this VyStar branch with open arms. After meeting with Brandi Kent, a Relationship Specialist at this branch, we knew this was the bank for us. Brandi was excellent from beginning to end. She made us feel welcomed, valued, and excited to be a part of VyStar. We are particularly happy with the array of member perks and services available to us. All of our questions and concerns were answered and we left feeling like we made a wise decision. Unlike “the other guys,” we feel like we actually matter at VyStar where there’s more of a communal vibe. We are excited for our future banking needs!

    My banker Brandi is awesome and such an amazing person. She has made our banking experience the best. Overall the branch is awesome and makes you feel like family. Very much recommended for your banking needs!!

    I always had good experiences at this credit union until a little over a week ago. They tried to update their online and mobile banking. System has been unavailable now 10 days. Completely unacceptable. This certainly makes me question the leadership decisions. I am now to the point of considering moving my families accounts.

The online banking and Mobile App are now available for you to use. Both services are available 7 days a week from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm.

    Great customer service! My bank card was stolen and the representative at the teller helped me out. Her personality was amazing so definitely cheered me up being that a fraud report was made on my account for 2k. I believe her name was Ella & Karen Thank you

    I have had the best experience at Vystar. Ms.Caitlyn West made sure constantly I was having the best customer service. Her professionalism and knowledge exceeded my expectations. I will definitely continue banking with Vystar because of professionals like her. Thank you Ms. Caitlyn!

    Vystar worked for me for about 4 years. Now they have a new mobile app that doesn't work. The website doesn't work. The phone line to get account info dosen't work. I'll be going to another bank ASAP!

The online banking is now available for you to use. We do apologize, but our mobile app remains unavailable. However, with certain exceptions (e.g., mobile deposits) you can complete the same transactions you would in our mobile app by logging into online.vystarcu.org via your computer, tablet or mobile browser.     I have been a member of this credit union since the first day our branch opened. These are the most helpful and caring people I have ever had the privilege of speaking to and working with. EVERY TIME! Not once was there an unpleasant experience. If you want a GREAT bank with the best customer service, this is the bank to go to! Thank you all for being so helpful and pleasant.

    I am a Very Proud Member of VYSTAR, I could not ask for a better bank. The Bank in Orange City, Fl is amazing and the Staff as well. I always recommend this Bank to everyone. I would not go anywhere else. They have so much to offer and are willing to help you in anyway they possibly can. GREAT EXPERIENCE. 🥰🤗

    Brandi Kent at the Orange City Branch was such a pleasure to handle business with. She is always smiling and eager to help me. She was very attentive and understanding. I give her 10 out of 5 stars✨. I will certainly look for her every time I walk through their front door. Sorry to the other great employees, but Brandi has won me over.     I stopped in the Orange city branch and spoke with Michelle and Karen about getting a equipment loan for a machine and trailer and they helped me with the easy and quick process to get me approved and on my way! Very good communication and customer service. I hope e using them for all my loan needs!

    Walked in this morning alongside my wife to Vystar’s Orange City branch on Saxon blvd, to update our home address on our auto loan account. We were immediately greeted by Karen Pendarvis who went ahead and cordially helped us and took care of our need with ease. Karen didn’t give us any hassles and took care of us with the upmost kindness. Furthermore, Karen kindly and knowledgeably informed us of the advantages we could have by opening a checking account with them - considering we already have a savings account with Vystar the day we opened our auto loan with them. As a side note we noticed the branch manager (who’s name is Michelle Chaves if we are not mistaken) approached and also greeted us and noticed that there was another couple in the building that need of assistance and immediately aided them (little we knew she was on a conference called but had made her peers aware that if help was needed she would be in and out of that meeting), this alongside Karen amazing and top notch 5 star customer service moved us to agree and open our checking account with Vystar. My wife and I are so happy to join this fine and awesome financial institution who more than appreciated customers treat us like dear family members. Thank you Vystar for building such a great team of professionals!

    I would like to say A BIG THANK YOU TO STACI LAWLER AND VyStar CU!!! She was AWESOME in helping my husband and I with our car refi. She kept in constant contact, answered ALL our questions, and was "hands on" through the WHOLE process which ONLY took 4 days!!! Bank of America (who we started with) still hasnt made any contact with us (its been over a month) and JUST DOESN'T CARE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, go to VyStar and ask for Staci L. You'll be soooo glad u did!!!
