Bank tellers are way to slow to do anything. Deposits, withdraws, new card. Also gave me grief for cashing one of my sons checks. After 26 years as a customer, you would think they would be nicer. NOT!

We came to Fidelity after spending 4-5 months working with another local bank. That bank did nothing for us and almost cost us our business deal. We reached out to Fred, who came right out to our establishment, met us, looked it over and took our information (we had ready) and he worked his magic while we were literally boarding up the windows for hurricane Irma. Understand.... there was no power for a week!!!..... and with that he still managed to get us to closing within 6 weeks from the day he met us. He was VERY professional, easy to talk to and he did everything he said he would do. If you are looking for a commercial mortgage, you need to talk to Fred Williams. We moved all of our accounts there and also want to mention while we were there the bank President Lamar came into the room, introduced himself to us and sat and chatted with us like we were old friends. That was very classy and personal. We would also like to mention that Linda and Sue also were very nice and helpful too, even when we were stressing out at the end. We are very thankful for you Fred for all you have done to help our dream of having our perfect beach wedding location. Dreams do come true!

Dominick and every one at Fidelity Bank of Florida consistently demonstrate a level of customer service that is second to none. Late on a Wednesday I asked about the possibility of a loan for my business. Dominick said, "Let me go ask the bank president." He came back said yes, they thought they could do it, sent me the applications texted and chatted with me well past 5pm. He followed up first thing Thursday morning and kept me apprised of the application process throughout the day and again was sending my paperwork and information long after 5. Whenever I have a question or need advise, Dominick is quick to respond. He has a vast knowledge of the banking industry and truly cares for his customers. I'm lucky to have him as my banker.
