My used vehicle purchase was completed by an excellent sales and finance team. Adam, my salesman had everything regarding vehicle carfax, inspection reports and service paperwork ready for my inspection. My vehicle purchase was seamless pressure free and fast. I do appreciate that the vehicle I purchased had been fully inspected and all of the service was caught up. Fantastic to see that they are making sure they are selling solid vehicles. 5 Star service! Roland in the service department was so helpful. He went above and beyond to know the previous service info I had on my car, which helped guide us in the the services my Acura needed. He was not pushy on selling me extra services my car didn't need. Super knowledgeable, treated me like a person and not "just another customer". The shop replaced a part on my car and they did such an amazing job! They need 5 stars as well!!! It looks brand new again. Thank you Roland and the shop guys in the back.

Mason was very helpful and made sure my wife vehicle was taken care of for service along with the tech Josh that took care of it! Thankfully they still have me great service even though I was 15-20 mins late to my appointment (due to my fault). I do like the online updates on what was needing attention and to see why it was important with quotes. Only thing I would recommend in those quotes if we could get pictures of the actual issue to see; for example dirty filter. Great service and thank you to both Mason and Josh!

I arrived at my appointment time and was greeted at the front door. There was no waiting, as my car was taken for service as soon as I walked in the door! I had my car there for its annual maintenance check up. The service was performed right away and I was kept informed every step of the way. There was no up selling and they did exactly what I had asked them to do. I even got a car wash! Service was excellent!

I totaled my truck back a few weeks back and was too busy to look very hard. I finally had an afternoon to look. I visited four auto dealers on Saturday only to find everyone one of them had sold the vehicle I saw on line. I took a test drive in a 2019 Chevy Colorado and was close to committing, but asked if they could find a 2019/20/21 Toyota Tacoma in their network. Next business day, they called to say they had a match. The held it for me for about 3 hrs until I could get off work, I test drove it and said I would take it. I was out of there 1:30 min latter. No hassle, easy loan application, great experience. I only wonder why Gunn does not have Toyota in their network. I will be back.

Although car buying is not something I usually look forward to, I must commend Paul Pedraza and the Gunn staff for making this a very pleasant experience for me! Gunn Acura always takes care of me and my MDX. They are great at keeping you posted, the waiting area is well stocked and they do a great job on taking care of the servicing of my vehicle. Roland went above and beyond to get me a loaner same day with all the maintenance I decided to get done based on recommendation. It was greatly appreciated since I know that sort of thing in the current environment needs to be pre-arranged, so it was great to not have to come back again and take additional time off from work to do that. Showed up for my first maintenance visit (oil change) and couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. We were met by a service representative as soon as we pulled in and was escorted to the waiting area where snacks and drinks were available. The maintenance didn’t take long and my vehicle was then taken to be washed and vacuumed. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I emailed the dealership about interest on a vehicle I saw online, on a Saturday evening. Richard called me within minutes. Monday we sent a deposit to hold and Saturday I picked up my vehicle. My review is based primarily on customer service interaction, and not so much reflecting any negativity surrounding ridiculous price gouging that dealer service centers can be known for. I have been using the Gunn service department for about 6 years, since purchasing my Acura from them. The service center folks there have always been as pleasant and accommodating as can be. I've never been pressured to pay for a service or repair that I didn't want or thought was unnecessary. Yes, they do have some pretty outrageous repair fees for services that you can easily get elsewhere for cheaper. That being said, they have offered $40 and $60 full synthetic oil changes, which come with the vacuum, car wash and fluid top-off's, and that is what's kept me coming back. I have also had a few repair jobs done that were similarly priced enough to other mechanics (I am an estimate hunter to some degree) that I didn't mind paying the 'premium' dealer service fees because I feel more peace of mind in having my vehicle serviced by a company who seems to care more about their reputation than a hole in the wall mechanic who may screw up the repair job because they're not as familiar with my car as they'd like me to believe, and there is no guarantee behind the work. All things considered, I might rate them closer to 4 stars to be a little more 'fair'. But I feel like they don't participate in some of the more egregious customer service fallacies that other dealerships seem to have trouble with, and it seems to me that they work hard to show us that. And for that, I grant a 5 star!

Below is an older review, but I got in a big bind and my car over heated the other day and had it towed to Gunn Acura over night. Spoke to Brandon in service and he helped me out as far as what my car needed in order to get it running again. It was a pretty penny to get it going, but it has been running perfect since and it was ready within a couple of days, which I was surprised at. Only thing that I had problem was that my engine air filter assembly wasn’t fully secured, but luckily I changed it out soon after and secured it. Not gonna let that affect the service they gave me. Overall been better. This last oil change I had was the fastest I’ve ever experienced. I was out in an hour and a half, which in the past has taken a lot longer, so that was really surprising. Only negative is that the price for an oil change has gone up over 60%! I got a COVID explanation to this price hike, but a $25 increase for a basic oil change? I really don’t get that.
Nick, as you may be aware the cost of oil is currently very high and the supply extremely limited. Synthetics even more so. We have had to increase the costs of this service to keep up with the cost of the raw products. Please know we do everything we can to keep costs as low as possible. Hello and good day I just want to take the time to say that this was the best car experience I've ever had I bought over 98 cars in the last 14 years I'm average about 3 months to 6 months on a car but this is a car I'm going to keep for a while it was kind of a strange way how I came about it and I was looking for a different vehicle but unfortunately it was having recalls and it was a flop car and I asked for a specific vehicle and they had an inventory and we drove down from Houston to go and deal with this company and when we arrived we were greeted the vehicle was under a cover polished up and shined and ready to go the salesman was not pushy at all she made the transition smooth and easy we were in and out of there and no time at all the finance department was awesome the desk managers were excellent I couldn't have been happier if this was the best purchase we've ever done and the most professional organized organization that I've dealt with and over 40 years of being in the car business myself I couldn't be happier five star review this is the place you want to go no hassle no worries one dealing price they offer a fair price for the vehicle and a fair profit remember everybody's got to eat and everybody's got to get paid you don't go to the hospital the grocery store and ask for a discount and with this place that's the way it works it's like the old Saturn dealerships where you go in and get one fair price and first class service you couldn't ask for a better place to buy a car they have definitely earned a lifelong customer all I can say is go with gun they're the best and thanks again human financing what a great professional organization we've been blessed and we appreciate it

This was the first time that buying a car was enjoyable for me and my wife. Frank, our salesperson was great! He spent the right amount of time showing us how to operate the car and did not put undue pressure on us to buy more than we wanted. He also went above and beyond when it came to getting us the exact vehicle we requested. These guys were awesome. Bought a used car and they had a warranty for purchase, which was awesome and didnt expect. As all other used dealers have, you agree to buy the car as is. 3 days later the engine light came on. It was nothing major but when I let them know, they offered to fix it at no cost and I didn't have to claim it on my warranty. These guys are so easy to work with and supportive, I'd recommend to anyone to buy from them. I KNOW I'll be buying from them again.

Excellent routine service call. No additional issues were found, so in and out. A2 maintenance had some filters scheduled to be replaced, but after inspection replacement was not warranted. This is surprising because expected practice at dealers is for things to be done needed or not. This review 5 stars.

Customer service is nice but every time I leave with my vehicle after a repair Ive always notice that a part wasn't put back properly! Just recently, my front bumper and license plate was loose and bent as if it were in an accident!

I’ve been a Gunn Acura customer for 19 years, and this last visit was, as usual, exemplary. My 2003 MDX had a few interrelated problems that started with the brake lights not turning off which caused the gearshift to be immovable. I had the car towed in late one afternoon, and all was fine after that. Roland took care of everything and kept me informed along the way. Great service, like always. I love my car, and hope to keep it another 19 years. I trust that Gunn Acura and its fine people will make that possible.

Feb 2022: I went in for recommended service of timing belt & water pump replacement, Jose is such a nice knowledgeable and reliable person to work with. This time I had really nice experience and on top of the Jose arrange the loaner car for me. I would recommend and will visit again for the regular maintenance services. April 2021: I went in for “Check Charging System” warning but they changed the battery even when I insist The lady that it is not battery issue pls check the charging system but she was firm n replace the battery also not apply the discount and when ask to apply the discount I got the answer that file is closed. When my way back home that earring again show up on my screen. I had to go again this time I got trouble in the way and lose whole control on car luckily nothing bad happened. I reached than Worked with Brandon such a knowledgeable guy and short out the issue it’s a bad alternator.

I have taken several cars to Gunn Acura for service in the last year and have always been treated with respect. They seem honest and I don't get that feeling like they are trying to run up the tab, as I have gotten at other dealers. The waiting area is comfortable and the coffee is good! Adam and Blake were very courteous and did their best to answer all our questions. Because we were looking at a used car, there was some maintenance history that they weren’t sure about. Everything was handled very professionally. Richard was very friendly and the process went extremely smooth. I wasn’t forced to buy anything I didn’t want and am absolutely in love with the car. One thing to note, I found my car online and didn’t even lay eyes on it in person till the day of purchase. That being said, there were no hiccups and the entire process was very enjoyable. Again, Richard was very helpful and it was a pleasure to work with him and Gunn Acura.

Buy your cars from a Gunn dealership but find a different place to get them serviced. I’ve purchased vehicles from Gunn Honda, Gunn Nissan, and now Gunn Acura and while I love their cars, I can’t find a Gunn dealership that can successfully and professionally perform even the most simplest of tasks. I certainly hope my experience is the exception but personally it has been too consistent to be so. 2022 Update - Gunn Acura Service Department continues to decline, so much so that we have decided to switch to Lexus when our lease is over. We love our MDX and really want the latest model but the dealer service department is as much of the deal as the vehicle. Gunn treats you like a burden and is always making excuses for long wait times and mistakes made by their service team. We have an 18 year old used Lexus and we are treated like royalty when we show up at NP Lexus to have our vehicle serviced. Both Acura and Lexus are premium vehicles that should carry quality service or at least quality attitudes and warm handshakes (or whatever the COVID equivalent for today is). I’m really saddened by our latest Gunn Acura experience but at least now I know which car I will be purchasing next time.

I took my Acura MDX to Gunn Acura on Saturday April 9th. This was unplanned, as my car seemed to sputter when I pressed the button to start and my screen on my dashboard was flashing a few times. I happened to be down the street running errands and the dealership was going to close in 45 mins, but I called anyway. The service technician Jessie picked up the phone and told me if could get there soon he'd take care of me. When my husband and I pulled up, he greeted us immediately, he even remembered me from past visits for service to my car. He made sure the team ran diagnostic testing, they determined that it was the battery, they changed it out at a great price and washed my car. We were barely there for an hour!!! Excellent service from sales team, long story short, we came to look at newly listed vehicle, it wasn’t quite ready, but they took the time to let us look at it anyway, we liked it so we started the process. We had a vehicle to trade-in and the team gave us great deal for it, the rest of the process went smooth and easy, the finance team was informative and straight foreword, this was by far the most enjoyable experience we’ve had purchasing a new vehicle!!!!

When I arrived at the dealership, my Service Consultant was busy helping another customer. Out of the blue, comes a young man by the name of Jose Sosa. He took it upon himself to start the process for my oil change. This was totally unexpected and welcomed. He went above and beyond to ensure I was greeted, and provided extraordinary service. While he may consider what he did as part of his job, that one small gesture made a huge impact. If possible, I would love to have Jose Sosa as my Service Consultant. I was looking on line at autotrader.com for a particular make/model, and one came up at Gunn Acura listed for a price of $15,999. I felt it to be a fair price for a 2009 used car with more than 200,000 miles on it. I drove over and met Paul Pedraza (nice guy salesman) and when I expressed interest in this car, the "manager" Justin with name tag from Midland, came over and told me the car was $19 thousand plus. It was a classic bait and switch scenario that Gunn promoted with manager Justin. I was incredibly disappointed in the integrity of this dealership and especially Justin. He said they had paid a lot for the car and he said nothing when I asked to see the invoice. I recommend not even giving these people another chance. Not trustworthy!

The purchase of my used vehicle was easy and painless. I found the vehicle that I was looking for online and from the first inquiry the dealership was very quick to respond. From there they were able to take additional pictures of the vehicle and answer all of my questions via phone and text. I was not in the area to look at our drive the vehicle initially so I was able to put down a deposit that allowed me time to get to the dealership, they even picked me up from the airport. Even though the wait was long, I had an awesome service advisor, Garrett. He kept me updated, provided a number to contact him if needed, and he wasn’t pushy with the additional recommended services. service advisor (Jose) was great. Very informative and polite. My issue is with the courtesy car wash and vacuum. I shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours for that service. If the team cannot perform the service, don’t offer it. This is the second time the courtesy car wash and vacuum take over an hour to complete. Makes me not want to go back

The service At Gunn is outstanding!!! They don’t push to have anything that really doesn’t need repairing immediately!! I like That. My personal customer service rep was Roland. He was very attentive & professional. He checked on me regularly since I was there for 4 hrs for a huge maintenance. He was very thorough in what needed to be done and duration of time it would take! I made an appointment for an oil change, showed up 10 mins early and checked in. The staff was polite and friendly and I was told my oil change would take up to 2.5 hours because it was busy. Not sure why I bothered making an appointment if I still had to wait for walk ins? I was told if I wanted to save some time I could opt out of the interior/exterior cleaning so I agreed. Still took 2.5 hours and dirty anyway. I have bought Acuras for the past 15 years because of quality and above normal customer service. This time (even though the staff was pleasant) I received basic treatment, if I wanted basic service I would be buying Chevy’s.

I like a more personable approach , the service was certainly sufficient I found it to be sterile and transactional, just not warm and welcoming like I have experienced at other Acura dealerships . Adam was fantastic from start to finish with my buying experience. I had to preorder and it came during the time frame he anticipated. Gunn’s Service Department really needs to learn how to schedule. I had a 10:30am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived about 5 minutes early and was told it would take between 1.5 - 2 hours to complete what should be a less than 30 minute job. What’s the point of making an appointment if they are going to be that backed up? If they know they are that backed up, they should offer a loaner car. It’s just very frustrating when you have to wait that long for a short job. I was sitting in the waiting room for a total of 4 hours. The waiting room is nice, but 4 hours is overkill. I did add a few jobs that extended my wait for the extra 2 hours. Tires from Gunn were actually competitively priced with the big tire stores, so I got 4 new Michelins. All other service was well done and I’m happy with it. My service rep was JT. He was very polite and apologetic for the wait, but that fails to makeup for the extended wait time. At least warn people when they make an appointment that it’s going to take that long. If I had known in advance, I would have planned for it.

It was started with a phone call from Mr. Blake Andrews for my on line interest in an Acura model. He answered all my questions and told me I had to wait for the availability of the model that I was looking for. This place is not inexpensive, but they quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem, so I didn’t have to miss work or rent a car. So maybe they are inexpensive, because they worked fast on my car’s breakdown. Service was very courteous as well. Thank you!

First off we’re a military family My husband is currently on assignment out of state. Has been very difficult managing my work and home life without him. Our youngest is now driving and after several headaches w obtaining drivers license, insurance and deciding which car she’ll drive we ran into yet another obstacle. TL died on the way home from school. Needed a new alternator and battery. JT at Gunn Acura took care of us like family. Called for check ins and status reports which I really appreciate. There’s always a ‘cheaper’ way to car maintenance but peace of mind is worth going back to the dealer. They explain things in common terms. Honest with money saving service. Terrible experience here. I bought a used car, which had no visable issues. They took it to clean it after I purchased it, and they broke off the antenna, putting it through a car wash. Promising to fix it, I sit here two weeks later, and no one has a clue what is going on. Rude answers, attitude, like I did something wrong. I will never do business here again.

17 Jul 2022 update. I continue to be disappointed with Gunn Acura. Brought my vehicle in for a service only to arrive and be told they could not do the complete service due to the fluid not being in with no expected date of arrival. Was upset because of told this over the phone I would have postponed my service. I have to say the Manager was very accommodating in doing what he can and was why the additional star. Just do not feel that the Gunn Acura provides the luxury service you expect and experience at other luxury dealerships. ----‐-- It has been almost a year now since purchasing my SUV with Gunn. We have owned nothing but luxury vehicles for the last 20 years and have grown to enjoy the experience that usually comes with it. It was disappointing that after spending as much as we did the only maintenance coverage that came with it was 1 free oil change. Nothing extra. What was even worse was to find out that on my 2nd maintenance visit I find out there were other 30k maintenance services that needed to be done that they found on the first visit but didn't bring it to my attention nor did the take care of it because they only wanted to cover the oil change. This should have all not been an issue given I purchased the vehicle at 29K miles after being told I wouldn't have any maintenance concerns. The expectations that come with owning luxury vehicles is the overall experience, although i enjoy my vehicle, the experience has not been the best. Surprising maintenance requirements and lack of accommodations and customer appreciation does not make us want to return to this dealership. I want to give a star for the efforts made by the service provider I recently had given how he did the best he could. GUNN Acura's lack of transparency and deception shows their disregard for customer satisfaction.

I’ve been going to gunn Acura for years. They always take a great care of my car, fix it and wash my car before they give it back. But The last 2 times i took my car to get fixed and i paid 300$ and it’s still not fix and it’s the same as before.

Update: While my experience a couple of years ago was less than pleasant, my experience this year completely wipe the slate. Blake was professional and really seemed to care. They gave me the highest quote for my trade in. They were able to beat the interest rate on the bank loan I had already acquired by half. Highly recommend Gunn Acura…I will definitely be a return customer. Love my new RDX!

Everyone in the service department and the manager were helpful, but if I had gotten good tires put on my car or told that , at the time I bought it, that they were bad tires and very dangerous , I would have bought some good tires. Then it would not have been a problem. I do like the car and so far it has been a good car.

Worked with Jesse James, service manager, on an Acura TL I inherited from my father when he passed. He talked me through the whole process of what had to be done to check it out, explained everything to me in detail, gave me a price list, was upfront and honest, and extremely friendly and just all around customer service. Even went above and beyond to give me a service history on the vehicle so I could know what had been done already while the car wasn’t in my possession. He gave me his card and told me that once I was ready to start working on the little problems, that I could give him a call and he would help me through it step by step. I definitely will make sure that if I work with anyone through Gunn Acura, I will do my best to make sure it’s with him.

This was most likely one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. Gunn Acura worked well and gave me a fair amount for my trade leaving very very little in negative equity. The sale price never changed and there were no hidden fees associated with anything. Everything was explained and to the point. Blake Andrews was our salesman and he went above and beyond. Always readily available to answer any questions, send pictures, videos, anything I requested. The best part is I lived 3 hours away and he took the time to drive to me which allowed me to see the vehicle in person and give it a good test run. Carfax was readily available and was up to date. Definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location. When it's time for an upgrade I will be back. Remember ask for Blake Andrews. He will take great care of you!

My partner and myself both had separate conversations about the finance details specifically first payment due date. I was told 02.03.22 and my partner was told the same thing at a separate time Now we are getting collection calls that its due 01.03.22. We got the vehicle on 12.03.21. Right there is a clear indication as most payments are pushed out per request of buyer and allowable time from lender. Thats only 30 days. We just had our baby and didnt not expect any collection calls. Waste your time at this place at your own risk. Looks like they tricked us

Entire process was easy and smooth, traveled from out of town for a specific vehicle. Did online financing approval and completed apps via email. Mason was Great!! After having my headlights restoration done, I wasn’t satisfied with the outcome. Corners and some areas were still needing to be touched up. Mason addressed my concerns and made sure it got corrected. He went above and beyond more then I expected. I was passing through on a road trip and needed my vehicle serviced. I initially booked a late appointment online, but decided to stop by a little earlier to see if they could squeeze me in. Mason was helpful and got me in right away. They did a 15-point inspection and shared the findings with me within 30 minutes. I decided to get a few items done from the report and waited another hour to complete. The only thing is I didn't receive a text that my car was ready after I saw it parked. Otherwise, I had a really good experience with this service center. I appreciated the flexibility in time.

I sent in for a battery exchange and the service was amazing. They know me by last name and go out of their way to get the job done right. I will continue a lasting relationship with them. I went in this past week and to my shock my battery that I had purchased December 2018 was already malfunctioning. I drove in at 6 PM, and unfortunately was educated that the parts department was closed. I was advised that in order for me to warranty my battery, I would have to return the following day when the parts department was open. I returned the following day and left 2 1/2 hours later with a broken positive wire, and an attempt to not warranty my battery at all. I was given an absolute lie in my opinion that the wire had rusted and broke upon removal of battery. Thankfully, I had removed the battery myself and had it tested 2 months prior, and prepared myself and the story with pictures. I called the service director and explained my situation. They fixed the issue after apologizing. I almost had to spend over $500 on a mistake one of their techs made. I will have second thoughts when using this service department ever again. Update: This place has gone through some major changes for the better. I took my vehicle in to get a synthetic oil change and check fluid special. I was blown away by the amazing service, as well as the attention to detail. The service rep asked how everything was, and even walked me to my vehicle and double checked everything was done to the highest standards. The parts department rep was very knowledgeable and reviewed our order and even made great suggestions. Top of the line service. I will be visiting this place many more times in the future.

Although the wait was a hour even with an appointment, the value of continuing to have my oil changed here is excellent. Best price anywhere for a full synthetic oil change, plus a car wash, vacuum and snacks while you wait! The service technician was also very accommodating :) Love Gunn Acura!

Roland is the kindest, most professional, and most GENUINE service advisor I've worked with at any dealership. He puts so much care into explaining what work needs to be done and when while also being considerate of me and my family's wellbeing. I've never been pushed or intimidated into having work done on the vehicle, rather I'm spoken to with respect and intelligence, which is not a common experience I've had as a woman taking my car in for work. I took my 2020 RDX for B1 service yesterday. Apparently, appointments readily available, and I chose two days after I made the call! Unlike my previous Audi dealership, those appointments had to be made many days in advance, so this was a pleasant surprise! I had an alignment in addition to the oil change and tire rotation, and was in and out in under an hour. Transportation was offered, but i just waited. The customer lounge is well appointed, with comfy leather chairs, all clients wearing masks. The service rep, Carla, was all business, though not very friendly. When my car was ready, she announced into the waiting room by my last name....not preceded by "Mr". Frankly, as a business owner, I forbid my employees to address our patients by just their last name: always with Mrs X, or Mr Y. Perhaps Carla's method would be OK in a military barracks, but not in a customer sensitive business. But aside from that, the service was easily scheduled, quickly completed and the service rep was very business like, although not as friendly as the other reps i observed.

This is my second experience with Gunn Acura. They have a straightforward no-nonsense approach. I never feel I am being pressured or the object of a hard sell. I generally go in knowing what I want, but they offer a lot of useful information. They were fair and competitive regarding trade-in value of my existing Acura. Special recognition to Michelle Fedorka, who managed most of my transaction long-distance and put up with my numerous questions. I highly recommend this dealership and Acura in general.

My wife Diana and I had the pleasure of working with Ali Zibakalam recently (in August). We have purchased many vehicles and the purchase process with Ali was probably the easiest car purchase we have ever experienced. (It was honestly unbelievable how easy this purchase was.) He provided us with a trade- in offer on our mini van weeks before we decided on a vehicle and the offer did not change when we were finally able to make it in. I’m from Dallas and went to visit the collision center and the woman working had no knowledge of how their processes worked. However, when I went to the parts center to ask if they can replace my mirror ( previously damaged) and to report her incompetence, the manager was eager to help me resolve my issue. He partnered me with Roland who was more than accommodating and patient enough to answer all my questions. He went above and beyond to not only resolve my initial concern, but other small inquiries I had - he was sure to find a resolution. They were competitively priced on parts and labor, and turned around a complaint , exhibiting phenomenal service.

My wife’s vehicle broke down. Acura towed it to the dealership. Found out it had a recall for the fuel pump, ordered it and replaced it. They also found out that the fan motor shorted out which is what made the vehicle inoperable. They fixed that too. Vehicle was fixed in a few days and that included ordering the part and having it delivered. The work was quick, I was treated with courtesy and respect. Everyone involved was friendly and communicated every step of the way. The best customer service I have ever experienced!

My name is Roy Ceniceros and I just had my RDX serviced with Gunn Acura. Omg! Your service department is outstanding! Roland Pompa took care of me and he was so awesome! I don’t know what I would’ve done without him! He was my savior! He went above and beyond for me and answered all my questions and gave me updates until fixed! I couldn’t be happier and felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with him! My ac was out and I needed a new compressor and there where other issues that needed maintenance! He was very attentive, informative, patient and took the initiative to call my warranty himself and get the job done! He also gave me a loaner also, so I wouldn’t be inconvenience! I didn’t have to do anything! Now that’s customer service! He was a blessing and He was so professional, polite, and honest too! He deserves 5 stars and a round of applause! I will definitely be coming back and asking for him! He treated me like family but then again Acura is family! Love you guys! I am one happy and satisfied customer and my car runs beautiful now! Drove up to the service area , immediately was greeted by a gentleman. I was led to my service agent Brandon. He politely asked a few questions and proceeded to take care of my concern. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I highly recommend Gunn Acura for not only purchasing your next car but for always taking care of the vehicles. These guys get it right every time.

I called three dealerships and requested to take the vehicles to my home for a test drive as I dont have a ride. Only Gunn Acura in SAT happily agreed.
