There is more people standing around in business clothes with a tablet in their hands looking busy than there is tellers. Every teller transaction takes 10 minutes or more. It's a terrible location. Drive through is always closed because everyone wants to be tablet standing asking if they can help and then say "oh okay, the teller with have to help you with that." 4 tablet standing employees with 1 teller and no drive up window open. Do better....

I love Bank of America as a bank but this location is the worst! Will never come again to this location! We had an appointment with a person, got there in the morning and turns out the person was not there and no one was able to help us. Why not call to cancel? They have no ethics and concerns for other peoples time.

Great experience. Debit card was taken at ATM and young lady at entrance set my phone up with Google pay in five minutes while still taking care of the customers as they came in.

I’ve only been with this bank about 2 weeks and I have never been so disappointed. I got a paper check from my college because I paid extra. okay cool no problem. I use the ATM and I’m told it’s a 5 day hold….on MY money….I understand a 1 day hold or 1 or even a 3 day but a 5 days hold is literally unacceptable. I need a bank that can flow with my lifestyle I’m building credit, paying my education, bills coming up every week, etc. if a bank can’t get me MY money in a rapid time frame then that’s just incompetence. They are hostaging your money for no reason 🙄 Bank of America is a joke and I can’t wait until I get every cent out of there to use it on a REAL bank.

Our company uses this location for business, and it has been the biggest headache. Times are never right, the lack of communication, accountability, and basic skills to run a business had been a disaster. It saddens me that after several phone calls to this place and emails, it still has the same issues. Honestly I'd deal with another location if I was you.

I just went to The location on Culebra and 1604 to find the worst costumer service ever, from there I came to the branch in Dezavala, same thing. Sandra in the front directing the traffic pretty much close the door in my face saying that I have to make a appointment and wait until Monday .. What happened with the good costumer service here.

I visited the De Zavala Rd branch two weeks ago without an appointment for some emergency paperwork on two of my accounts, and the staff and management were friendly and efficient and completed my requested change quickly. It's not my primary banking location, but I came away wishing it were!

Very bad experience! If you need a home loan do not go here! We were encouraged that we can get a loan by uploading documents to their application and getting an answer. We did not receive any answer and the specialist did not answer our email and calls. We received two hard requests: me and my husband. A month later, we came to a new meeting and another specialist said that he could not do anything. He advised us to come after we make a new tax return. Thank you for leaving us without home and with two hard requests! And yes, even if the meeting is scheduled, then you need to wait 40-45 minutes

I went to the bank to get papers notarized and the manager said there would be a 45 minute wait. I didn't have time so he immediately suggested making an appointment for the next day, which he made for me. At my appointment the representative was with me on time, was pleasant and efficient. Great service.

Horrible customer service, both tellers were very rude and very aggressive. How can’t they revise an account holder in a teller , that is a teller’s job and it is not for an actual sales associate . The sales associate was very rude and told me that maybe my actual bank would help me better . What a joke ... when I got to the teller they charged me 8 dollars for cashing the money at their own bank .. and the guy was very very rude and very unhappy ....I might have wanted to open an account in the future but with this experience I will never open an account with Bank of America
