Maria Lopez was very rude on the phone. My payment was due yesterday and I asked her if I could pay it next Wednesday The 20th and she said “don’t you get paid weekly?” Very rude and unprofessional, she does not know what I have going on in my personal life. I would not recommend this place

This place is a joke. If you want to be treated and spoke to in a respectful manner do not go here as long as the lady Eva is working there. I was very happy in dealing with Erik and Richelle and I called this morning, and got met with rudeness on the phone when I asked about them.. They were both working with me to get a loan and this lady acted as if I was an annoyance., I dont know who she is or why they are no longer there but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other places to get a loan do not give this place a penny of your money people. They lost my potential business. Be AWARE !!

Went in to make a payment earlier in the week.needed smaller bills. While there the manager was processing my payment and calls were continuously being transferred to her and she was continuously being interrupted by The owner Eva. Instead of taking calls she continued to ask her for her transfer in the middle of me taking payment. Seems very unprofessional- Will be paying off as soon as possible.

Eva is absolutely the best ever! She is so kind and so professional. I’m so glad I was referred to her she’s amazing. 100% satisfied with her customer service!

Rochelle is so awesome, friendly, and with great customer service. SHE IS ALL OF THE ABOVE!! The vibe in the office now is wonderful. I am a returning customer and I have never had such an awesome conversation with anyone there like I did with Rochelle. I even had an interview there and the manager previously Eva scolded one employee in front of me. It always felt so tense and stressful when I would go in. Rochelle is a manager that I know can turn things around with just her personality.

I absolutely loved the Manager Richelle Walker ! I applied online last week and finally got in today to sign paperwork and finalize my loan and she was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had thoroughly.. I work as an HR professional and her customer skills and professionalism are 100% top notch ! Acceptable terms , low payments , I am one happy customer . I recommend this location and the manager there to anyone looking for a honest , professional and friendly credit building finance company ! I received a loan never had an issue except for the fact that I have had issues getting my pay off to reflect in my credit file. I paid it off last month and corporate hasn’t reported to the beurea since feb . Main reason to get loan in the first place was to build up my credit with the promise it’s reported in a timely manner . I have to call to remind them to look I into it and response time lags . Payment never lagged fair isfair . Update my credit to paid off in full and it’s all good . Other than that flaw , customer service was great ! Make it right please my name is Lisa Acosta check your records and make it paid off and thank you . 😊 * Update : I received a call from their corporate office and they have fixed the issues. I found out it takes longer for Trans Union to reflect it not action credit ! They do report every 30 days as promised ! I will be more patient . Thank you for calling me . Superior service !!!!

I worked there for roughly one month and a half. I was severely underpaid even though I've had previous loan experience. I was promised a 30 day evaluation, which of course was a lie. If you are looking for a job, please go elsewhere where they value you as an employee and they are a family oriented company. I worked there for over 4 weeks sick and when I finally asked to leave the remainder of the day...that was a problem. When my child got sick a day later I was told...TO FIGURE IT OUT AND FIND CHILDCARE...that was told to me by the "district manager" who wrote the SOP manual (My 13 year old brother could have done a better job). This company is a ship waiting to sink. The people that I worked with were amazing...and they decided to leave as well.

So helpful, even when in a hurry! The ladies -RC & Jennifer- were very successful in making me comfortable in the application/approval process. Patience is abundant here. Thank y'all!
