ACS TITLE & CLOSING SERVICES..is the company that handled the closing on the house and property that my wife purchased in March or April of 2020 this year. The staff is very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information to all of our questions. (And believe me, We asked all kinds of questions..hahahahaha) I was truthfully taken aback by the process of transferring the Property Deed (title ) from one person or persons to another person or persons. ACS handled everything and it was very affordable too.

We had an excellent experience with ACS Title & Closing Services when we closed on our first home. The staff members are professional, knowledgeable, and they responded quickly to all of our (many) questions as first-time home buyers. Wonderful people and wonderful service!

Closed on a property today that was purchased at auction 2 months ago. ACS never called me in that time to inform me of ANY type of information as to being a cash buyer or ANYTHING else for that matter. Luckily the Realtor’s secretary called me 4 hours prior. I was informed by her as to the total amount due and to bring a cashiers check, couldn’t write a personal check. All of the above was the responsibility of ACS!! When I asked the ACS rep about no contact, she said we have laws?...I understand that, it’s not about the payment, it’s about the lack of communication and the unprofessionalism of ACS Title And Closing Services. This was my third closing in a year and I just could not believe how unprofessional this company was. WOW!! Do not use this company. Their attitude is, we’ll do as little as possible and just set back and collect a paycheck!!! To bad there’s not a zero star rating!!!!
