Terrible bank terrible service not a trustworthy banking institution do not recommend to anyone have had problems getting money or problems resolved after hours

This is one of the worst banks I've dealt with not only are the tellers are completely rude an disrespectful they constantly make mistakes I've had them deposit money into my account give me a receipt and it was put into someone else's bank account

I had my truck financed through them an paid it off after over 4 years an sill got penalized fee seems they have fees an penalties for everything it's hard enough to pay debt without being penalized when you try to get ahead . There are banks out there that don't do that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had this bank for about 6 months on my auto loan knowing I was going to pay it off early. Not only did I have to pay nearly $200 to start the loan, they charged me 7% interest during, and when I drove 50 minutes to pay my loan off I was told there was a $150 early termination fee for paying my loan off early, which the dealership I purchased from never disclosed to me. I get there and everyone I spoke to, either in person or over the phone, was rude (except for the poor bank teller just trying to do her job) and did absolutely nothing to try and fix this problem. All in all please be aware of this banks "fees" when obtaining a loan through them. I will definitely be telling my friends and family to steer clear of this bank as I will NEVER be doing business with then again!
