    I just wanted to say that the customer service at this location is fantastic, exceptional and outstanding. The workers are friendly and efficient. I travel from across town for the service I receive and the fact that if you have been going there for a while they already know who you are by name and know what you need so there is no wait. The experience is better then a lot of checking cash establishments that just have attitudes and rushing you in and out. I do recommend this location if you do need to use a check cashing place.

    I been using the 61st and woodland avenue location many times and received good service. I went today to cash my check. The person that was helping was very unprofessional. He said I have to verify this 36.00 check? I was upset and embarrassed and he said this to his co- worker while in front of me. I decided to take back my check and leave. The amount of my check or anyone's should not matter. You supposed to help regardless of whether you feel like it or not. I will not come here again.

    All the above love Diane , Tonya n Marcus very pleasant, good sense of humor, very professional in their work ethics, swift with you getting what you need as far as money orders, money gram, paying bills , just very swift sweet workers that you don’t mind going there to get what you need, more times than less I’d rather go there than to go to the banks… Thank you guys for being kind n fulfilling my needs for stamps , money orders n etc… love you good , as well for patronizing me for your lunch😘❤️
