    This was my first time coming into ACE and I was blown away. I had always done my loans at different places but this was the first time I was able to get my loan comfortably done. Raquel was extremely helpful; explaining each step of the ACE process and doing it all with a great attitude. Thanks to Raquel, I will be doing all my business with ACE from now on.

    I came into the store to load my green dot card. The skinny younger girl with glasses is the one who helped me. She was insistent that I purchse the ACE reloadable card. She told me that there would be no monthly fees or reloading fees which is the only reason I decided to buy that card. I just received my $10.95 monthly fee today!! I went into the store to reload my card and guess what?? I was charged a $4.95 fee to load the card!!! It was the same girl that was so pushy in the beginning so I asked her what was going on. She told me that they were "trying" to fix it by Christmas. So not only did she lie to me about all the fees but the manager was standing right next to her when I was complaining and didn't say a word. Completely unprofessional and a bunch of liars !!

    I recently went in to cash a check. I typically go to PLS, but for some reason I happened to stop at ACE & I'm so glad I did! Raquel helped me quickly and efficiently.     Raquel was super awesome, she was helpful and personable very easy to talk to , she made the whole process super easy and pleasant . I had to come back the next day because my checks needed to be verified , she gave me a discount , set me up with an ATM card no hassle!     Every time I go here I never have a problem, Raquel is always on it the only issue I've had was with Jose. He's always rude and I tried cashing my check accidentally signed it on the wrong line and he had me wait 30 min before even helping me. He was very unprofessional and rude!!
