They are always very friendly. As soon as you walk in your feel like you're welcome. They always ask if you need anything else. Great customer service.

I go to Ace a lot for different services..I could go other places or do our business online but I enjoy talking with some of the employees there.."Marsal" she is always so friendly and pleasant & acts like she's been waiting for you to get all day ..and a gentleman who is always cheerful, friendly and nice. Service is always quick and easy with great conversation. Never more than maybe a ten minutes wait.

Regardless of who was my attendant they showed me much respect for years. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Rafael is so amazing he always has a smile on his face. My husband and I feel that Rafael is a very good worker he's kind and gets us out fast. Rafael is a accet to Ace..the store is always so clean and smells good. My family go to Ace for Rafael because he's professional and nice.

I stop here every two weeks to cash my paychecks since I still have yet to open an official bank account and I'm currently too young to do so with them. There are a few employees who make the process a little more time-consuming than it should be, however Rafael and today's clerk, Maria, are both very kind, informative, and make sure I know what I'm paying before all is said and done.

Hello, My name is Malika I recently visited the Ace Cash Express Inc # 3431 in Saint Cloud FL to cash my State tax refund Marisol ( # 120899) was very informative and nice but as i advised her I believe there should be some consideration taken within the company there were a few things that I reviewed while waiting for her to get permission from her supervisor to cash my check... 1) I believe there are too many percentage rates being taken from the customer 2) I also believe that there should be ONE processing fee NOT multiple taken from the customer 3) I feel there should NOT be a MANDATORY account that HAS to be set up by customer from Ace Cash Express I asked Marisol numerous times if the 3$ charge for an account to be set up was mandatory she kept going around in circles with her words trying to explain the company policy to me when overall the fact that people HAVE to set up an account shouldnt exist. YES, I am aware that Ace Express should receive customers but why should an account be MANDATORY for someone who wouldnt come to ace cash any other time or if it is a one time thing. Also, why should customer's be charged to join anyway? shouldnt the company WANT customers to join free?? Marisol was going to charge me 15$ just to cash my check when I believe that is ludacris because YES there is a fee but most cashing places charge maximum of 10. Luckily Marisol seemed as if she was big on customer service because she waived the 3$ fee for me, but I still believe the other fee's are ridiculous because upon leaving the establishment I reviewed my receipt and I was charged 2 different fees 11.66 for check cashing and .99 for processing fee the total being 12.65.

Rafael is very professional and very helpful amazing experience every time!!
