Cut off my online banking because of trying to deposit a c heck that would not clear..... Been here for over 40 yrs.numerous car loans. Certainly not for the customer...... Will go to another credit union .

Extremely slow spending half an hour just to deposit my check with shared branching
Hello Samuel Our sincere apologies for missing this review back when you posted it. We do our best to monitor these and this one slipped through the cracks. Regarding your issue, I can only say that during that time is when so many changes were happening due to COVID, the pandemic, and subsequent lobby closures. For a time, until we were able to adapt to the ever-changing landscape in reaction to the pandemic, some services did experience some "clunkiness."
