I just got off the phone with your collector David White. He is exceptionally rude and confrontational. He never introduced himself as a debt collector. He didn't do the entire phrase that is required by federal law that is "This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained for that purpose...." I see your collectors violate federal laws. This is an absolutely horrible company with extremely rude debt collectors.

I believe his name is Chris R. and he is very rude and unprofessional. He called with the number blocked and didn’t properly introduce himself. When I asked for a company number or name, he didn’t want to give it to me. On top of that he was being be very sarcastic and started yelling. When I asked can I speak to someone else because I do not like your tone, Chris kept on telling me no I can not speak to anyone else. Not even a manger or supervisor. If I could rate lower than a one star, I definitely would!

A gentleman... if this is what you would call him, verbally harassed me over the phone when I told him this wasn't a good time to talk to him. I tried to explain to him that we could talk later and I just received news about a loss. His response was "I don't care and can't wait to see you in court." He continued to make nasty comments after I attempted to get him to call back at an appropriate time. Instead he continued talking over me when I tried to reason with him. I get it -- the job is hard but professionalism is honestly an art that they know nothing about. I am currently looking into a lawyer, as name calling is constituted as a form of harassment. The original debtor and I already spoke and handled this issue but this man couldn't possibly hear that as he was bantering over the phone.

Worst customer service ever. He called repeatedly and then argued with me over a past due bill. This guy needs to be fired. He has a bad attitude.

I talked to Rick Starr. He was pleasant and helpful. I understand when people are down on there luck it’s hard to be told you owe something you don’t have. He was pleasant and held a nice tune throughout the conversation. I was polite and he was also.

“David” called and left their number on my voicemail bright and early, said I needed to call back regarding “Christy in management” but never said he was a bill collector. Of course, he blocked the number he was calling from, it came up blank on Caller ID. He addressed me by name but never said he his purpose was to collect money. Shady fools.

Connected the company in an attempt to resolve the issue, spoke to a person by the name of “Rick Starr” who was very unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manger and he claimed he was the manger and the only one. Me Starr then with anger stated his boss was the company owners and wouldn't speak to me. Good luck trying to resolve any issues with them.

Repeatedly calling me for my husbands debt that was resolved in bankruptcy. Harassers.
