I can’t emphasize enough that Jess Rodas is a TRUSTWORTHY professional who you can count on. I have three mortgages with one of the big popular banks. Can you believe they started the process with refinancing one of my houses but couldn’t continue because it couldn’t be done according to them. I wanted to get rid of my PMI, it was time!I was very upset and disappointed. The bank had even collected the money for the appraisal! I turned to Jess and you know what she helped me! Megan Lower went the extra mile for us. We had did a short sale and the laws would be changing from 3 years to ,4 years so we had to expedite our loan. We were buying in Az and then changed our mind to just refinance our home. Megan changed everything very fast and got the loan for us. Then we decided years later to sell and we had to use the builders financing. I called Megan several times as I had questions that the other loan company could not answer and Megan took time to help us. We are planning to refinance this year and of course will use Megan!

My mother made so many sacrifices to be able to give me and my daughter a home. She purchased our home and I made the payments and life was good. But then I lost my mother, and although I continued with the payments, it was becoming a hardship to make ends meet. My mother was on the loan but I was not.
