Just opened a new checking account today at this Branch inside Walmart. I am new to Colorado and needed to set up an account to link to my direct deposit for my new job. The staff was fantastic. Top notch service. Kudos to everyone!!!!

This branch has an amazing staff. The manager Bri and the rest of her team are always cheerful, and efficient. They’re all so patient, and eager to help no matter what the situation. If you’ve never done business with a bank branch where the staff actually brightens your day every time you walk in, then you should visit this location. They will take good care of you.

Small time bank for small time transactions. This bank has always had issues with any deposit over $2,000 Update...went to Key bank solved all issues and were fantastic...better rates and better service...do yourself a favor go to a REAL bank

I opened an account with Briana Lawson and company as I was in WalMart daily picking up supplies for my food truck and was always getting change from them. It just made sense. Now I have 4 or 5 accounts with them managing multiple businesses plus family affairs and savings, etc. The staff there have always been great people to work with, prompt, efficient, and they make banking an enjoyable process.

Great staff top to bottom. Bri and her team will twist themselves into pretzels to help customers. They did and do for me and seen them do it for others as well.

I've used Academy Bank for a couple of years now. It's only convenient if you are a Walmart shopper. Today I visited during my lunch hour to make a deposit. I was helped by a lady named Amanda I believe. She was very kind and although she seemed overwhelmed, she made effort to ask me how my day was going. I accidentally gave her more cash than I intended to when handing over money for the deposit. When I left, I noticed what I had done and checked my balance at my work computer. She had added the extra $20 to my account without having to make a phone call or a repeat visit. It's the little things that keep this world moving towards a better place. Thanks Amanda, I'll go out of my way to visit this location because of your excellent service.

Very very bad customer service. Sometimes are rude. They act like it don’t want to be there. Was trying to have them help me with fraud they acted like they did not want to help. Sent me some paper and have not heard from them since. Made many attempts to call and find out what going on and my account is still negative. Join another bank. Stay away. Not worth the convenience of shopping at Walmart.

I started working for Academy Bank in Kansas City 4 years ago and now I’m lucky enough to work for them in Colorado. I have met so many great clients who I consider apart of our one big family and I’m lucky to have such a wonderful team!
