I queried 4 lenders before deciding on US Mortgages for my refinance. I couldn't be happier with the Excellent Customer Service I received from Dave McKune and Debbie Johnson! Not only were they responsive to competitive estimates, but they far exceeded any of the others in customer service and response time. The process from initial contact to funding of my new loan was completed in 4 1/2 weeks!

David McKune and Debbie Johnson did a wonderful job with my loan. David may have played in instrumental part in my actually getting the bid on my house accepted in the first place. Both David and Debbie were very responsive to all my concerns and questions. I had one month to close from the day my bid was accepted and they got everything done ahead of schedule! Even my buyer broker was impressed with how great David and Debbie were through the whole process. They made a stressful process go as smoothly as possible and that meant a lot.

Honest, friendly, and incredibly responsive. David made the entire loan process a breeze, truly the nicest, most sincere, and considerate man I've ever had the pleasure of conducting business with. He made buying my first home possible, carefully explaining everything that I needed help with. I highly recommend David and US Mortgages!

There have been many mishap from this company . They need to train their employees . From Lost paperwork, an appraisal that I had to pay more lack of communication from their representatives. I got so disgusted @left. Now because of their mistake they will not refund me the extra $50.00 from the appraisal fee . Kyle is one rude representative.

I am not sure how I can put into words how awesome and satisfied with the service that was provided to me by Natalia Rois and Debbie Johnson!! This was not going to be an easy slam bam and closed loan. From the start I felt like I was in good hands and after hurdle after hurdle (because of how reckless another national brand treated me (not mentioning names but it starts with a Q)) and they continued to fight on! Natalia and Debbie kept on when others would have moved on. I will always remember there level of service and strive to use it in my business! Everything worked out great! I first filled out the online application for a refinance. Promptly received a call from US Mortgages and was referred to Dan Alfred. Dan was great through the whole process. Everything was explained and my questions were answered throughout. I would highly recommend US Mortgages and Dan Alfred for your mortgage needs!

I ended up cancelling the loan after almost 3 months of going back and forth with documentation. The loan was was supposed to be a simple VA Streamline Refinance (VA IRRRL). I have done plenty of these refinance loans and it was never 3 months long. The staff was very friendly and communicated all through out the process but the loan just took to long.

When my wife and i saw the rate drop we decided to check into refinancing. On a whim I saw an ad for US Mortgages and filled out the finance request form. Soon after I received a phone call and was pleased with the conversation so we moved ahead. I have had several houses and many mortgages in my lifetime but I must say, the efficiency and professionalism I found with US Mortgages tops all of them. From start to close it was just a couple weeks. I recommend them highly and for sure if and when we need a mortgage company again it will be US Mortgages.

I worked with David McKune on my refinance and he was excellent to work with! Very professional and literally responded to me within minutes every time I emailed him - which was a lot. We had the best experience with US Mortgages. We have refinanced a few times before with other companies and things never went as smoothly and fell into place as they did with US mortgages. We would highly recommended using them. We worked with George Hager and he was AWESOME!!! We highly recommend George!!! He was very efficient and knowledgeable and made sure we were well taken care of until the funding of the loan was complete. He did everything he could to help us and always got back with us when he said he would and told us what to expect and when. We can't say enough how wonderful George and this company is.

The loan application process was fairly easy, doing everything through email, uploading documents back and forth. Though when I look back I should have backed out, I got a better offer from another mortgage company after I had closed my refinance 9/2020. I was notified at closing that my loan would be sold to Arc Home, that has not been a good experience, that's another review at later date.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with our experience with US Mortgage and especially the assistance we received from Zachary Gloyd. He was always readily available, professional and, most importantly of all, he got us the rate we wanted! Thank you, Zach!

Wow I can not give Dan Alfred and Amy Lukes enough professional praise. These guys were efficient and affective. They worked with my husband and I with compassion and understanding. They tried so many different ways to help us refinance. They were knowledgeable and only worked within their boundaries. Amy would call on a consistent basis to tell us the status of the refinance process and Dan knows his business and uses all of his knowledge efficiently I have refinanced my home many times but I have NEVER worked with a mortgage company and two individuals (Amy Lukes and Dan Alfred) who were as personal yet professional as these two were I would HIGHLY recommend US Mortgage , Dan and Amy

Heidi was highly professional upon my first point of contact without US Mortgages to complete my refinance. Rachel, the loan processor was hands down one of the best in this business! Prior to coming to US Mortgages, I had some terrible experiences with lenders. They took each hurdle, were not alarming to me, and told me exactly what they needed. The entire refinance was less then 30 days. They are honest, excellent communicators and get the job done well!
