I attempted to use this branch for i-9 document verification ahead of starting a new job. I called them, asked if they offered notary/i-9 services, and they said yes, and that it was on a first come, first served basis. I got in the car and drove 30 minutes, explained what I needed to the front desk, and then waited another 10 minutes after the representative said it would be no problem. The manager called me to his office. I explained what I needed, and he told me that they don't offer those services at that branch. Complete waste of time. If you don't know what I'm asking about, or don't know whether you can deliver, ASK. Either ask me to clarify or ask to verify that your branch does those things. I wasted over an hour of my time today, and left having accomplished nothing.

Great bank, probably the best in the nation. Never have I had a bank that always gets me in fast, always helps me with whatever they can and quickly at that. When I call, usually I am on the phone with a representative in less than 5 minutes and it's with someone in the USA. I reccomend this credit union to all who qualify

Went in for a car loan for which I was approved. They are RUDE! I asked to have the check made out to the other bank, to close it out. They could not understand this concept and kept making the check out to another name than what I requested. I finally had to get the manager involved for a simple concept. They were condescending and wrong. When they finally pushed the check across the desk, they did not even have the courtesy to say thank you or be nice. Horrible, rude, and unpleasant service.

One teller Portia was very rude and was very unresponsive to any of my questions or responses. My daughter gave her a compliment and she didn’t respond. I told her thank you and to have a great day again no response. I hate putting my money into a bank where people don’t even respect me or my family. Entrance worker was very nice and sweet so I at least gave this location 2 stars. Makes me want to bank with someone else!

Poor staffing and management. Unable to handle a simple notary because management is to incompetent to know how to help or cycle employees to assist. Stay away from this branch. Oh and before anyone says “Covid this or that” only having one person notary trained at a branch is again poor management nothing to do with Covid.

I would give it zero stars if that was a option. I called them and told them my account was compromised and someone changed my password. I warned their manager of this and they assured me I'm ok. 6 k was stolen and they won't give it back and denied my claim. Terrible customer service and they basically called me a liar about people having the ability to steal my info from a chipped card. What's worse. They wouldn't give me the information of where how and when the thefts occured and said I need a subpoeno. During covid your money is not safe with them. Dont bank there.

Their app is not compatible with my phone, so will not install, which means I can only access my accounts online. So, very limited on what I can do without having to go to local branch.

Needed a notary to sign some loan documents for our home. Checked online to see what time they closed so my husband and I could race to get there after on time. He beat me there and walked up to the front door at 5:08 (website and door says they close at 5:30) to go inside and she said they’re closed but he can use the ATM. He said I don’t need the atm I need the notary service. She said sorry the lobby is closed. He said it literally says right here in the door I still have time. She said, “I’ll change that.” Horrible service. We played by the rules and got there in time for the local employee to be rude. So disappointing.

Came in today to check pick up a refinance check. (I just refinanced my vehicle through NFCU) Eva helped us! She was professional, kind, and quick! I decided to open a checking account as well. -Only downside was the lady at the desk when I walked out stared me up and down and only greeted me after I said “thank you”.
