Seth is incredible! Seth helped me through a very challenging purchase of a Denver quadplex with a VA loan. The contract was very complex and Seth was able to expertly navigate the loan requirements all the way to close. There were numerous changes in the purchase that a lesser lender would not have been able to handle. Seth is an incredible lender. He offers a wealth of knowledge for first time home buyers, like myself.
