The Pulte Mortgage team (James and Jessica) were awesome. We had such a great experience and they got the job done. Both were so friendly, kind and never in a hurry. Answered questions and my wife and I can't say enough about them both. We are just so glad we went with Pulte Mortgage.

They made it easy for me to get a loan. Clear expectations were set up front and there were no surprises at closing. I was approved well in advance of my closing date and everything was smooth. My loan consultant (Aaron) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.

We have never seen a more incompetent professional than Mr. Josh Polk. He never bothered to answer any of our questions in-spite of reaching out multiple times. Eventually, we had to close our home without having our questions answered. Pulte mortgage really needs to start hiring people who know how to do their job. It was a pain dealing with Pulte mortgage overall and we hope we never have to do it again.

Teila and Mila were great! They were both very easy to work with and they always kept me informed about timelines and took the time to explain every step of the way. Submit all my docs was simple, easy and fast. I had 0 issues with their website. I would definitely recommend Pulte Mortgage and i would definitely love to work with Teila and Mila again

The entire staff involved with the financing through the Pulte Mortgage Co. were very helpful, understanding and patient. The closing agent Even Coster was very organized and knowledgeable able to answer any of the questions we had. This experience was so much better than a previous one we had with another company.

We bought a new house built by Pulte and decided to got with Pulte Mortgage. It turned out to be a great decision. Builder kept postponing closing date because of the delays with their supplies. Pulte worked with Pulte Mortgage to update closing dates. When it comes to the interest rates they were mediocre, but combined with builder credit it made a great offer.

Frederick and Angelo were a great team! 2 great guys to work with. They kept me well informed throughout the mortgage process. You cannot go wrong with Pulte Mortgage and their team.

My experience with Pulte mortgage was excellent. Purchasing a new home from out of state was not as difficult as I thought. The Pulte team stayed in contact and walked me through with ease. I received regular updates on the process and was able to close within a months time.

David was my first contact for the Pulte Mortgage process. He carefully explained every detail to me and my fiance and answered any questions we may have had, putting us both at ease. Throughout the process he kept us in the loop with the ongoing lending rates, and options available to us once we locked in our rate. Overall, he was a great ambassador for Pulte Mortgage. Lauren was also fantastic. She joined the team a few months into my process, but immediately hit the ground running by contacting me and keeping me up to date with any pending items I needed to submit. She answered every question I had to the best of her ability and if she didn't have the answer, she found someone for me who did. One day in particular stood out to me, I received an email nearing the close of my mortgage and was working late so I didn't see it until 5:30PM, concerned I figured I would give Lauren a call to see if I could get some quick answers AND SHE PICKED UP THE PHONE! At 6:30 PM (her local time) she picked up a phone call from me asking some silly questions about my loan. Any way you cut it, that is an incredible level of client service. That is an inherent level of accountability that is hard to find. Overall my experience was fantastic thanks to my mortgage team and I hope you find some way to acknowledge them.

Pulte Mortgage was great to work with. In fact over the many mortgages I have taken out, the experience with Pulte was the most pleasant. All members of Pulte team were on the ball and top notch.

My wife and I recently closed on our 1st home together. To say “Pulte was great” would be an understatement. We had the absolute pleasure in working with Jorge Rodas and Kris Hart. They were both very good at communicating and keeping in contact with us whenever we had a question or concern they ALWAYS took care of us. We dealt a lot with Kris Hart and she is an Angel!!! Our process was not easy and not once did she make us feel like a nuisance or did she show any frustration. She remained calm, nice , and even showed compassion we just can’t say enough great things about her.

I normally wouldn't write a review, however this is the worst company to work with. They don't even know how to do their job. Mo and Heidi we worked with and they didn't respond to emails and they didn't even know what documents to ask for. Completely unprofessional, started to argue with us on our documentation, Horrible company, horrible service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. GO TO ANY OTHER MORTGAGE COMPANY! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.

It's always best to know if things are going to work out before you initiate the process, so I appreciate their candor. I started the process Pre-COVID19 in February 2020 and was still able to close on the home by the deadline they gave me, so I have no doubt they know what they're doing as mass production builders. They'll let you know the Schedule Status and you'll get calls from Sales Team and Project Manager on Conference to update you and address any concerns (if you have any). The company as a whole (Sales Team, Builder and Mortgage) are very coherent and on the same page. They really do take pride in providing superior quality service. I thank seller Sydney Bird for helping us get started as I was just in the process of leaving the military when we had our initial conversation and purchasing a house was just a thought. I thank Project Manager Miguel Paez for his diligence before, during and after the Home closing process. He did experience getting the Virus and when was healed from it, called us and followed up on where the house status was at, so a dedicated man he is who follows up on whatever he is tasked with. Managing 52 home projects at once is no easy task, so he's doing an exceptional job! Recommendations for people choosing Pulte Mortgage: Little heads-up for a new Homeowner to anticipate and plan accordingly for. Keep in mind prices change and these are just estimates to 07-28-2020 date: 1) Irrigation and Sod can cost $3,500.00 and you have 90 days to have this taken care of from Closing date, as per HOA. 2) Water Softener/Filtration System can cost $1,500.00 (w/Builder's Warranty) 3) Garage Door Motor Installation can cost $325.00 (w/Builder's warranty). All of these expenses can be included when purchasing the home if you feel like financing them w/the mortgage payments. I definitely recommend the Garage Door Motor Installation and the Irrigation System it will help you a lot and save you some time from having to water the grass by hose (30mins to an hour, twice a day). Also the irrigation system adds value to the house. Final Thoughts: I am very grateful to have been taken care of by Pulte Mortgage on my VA Loan. And I was blessed with the opportunity of having Closing Costs covered by them; a $9,000.00 value on an offer they had by the time I was purchasing the house Feb 2019-July 2020. This Team make beautiful homes (make sure you view 3-4 model homes so you can see which one you visualize as your own) and will leave you with a beautiful purchase experience likewise.

Overall a good experience with pulte portgage. Received some incentive bonus because I was buying a home from Pulte. Even though my loan was approved on time, it was approved literally the last minute, i.e., the morning of my closing date. Would be a much better relief if the loan could have been approved earlier.

Pulte Mortgage was fantastic to work with. The team, led by Brett Burgess, was very easy to work with. They were flexible in how you could communicate with them. I was most impressed in how prepared they were for all meetings. Brett was able to get answers to all our questions quickly. Their interface on their website was very easy to use to upload the required documents. Pricing was very aggressive without having to sacrifice service. The loan process with Pulte was a long one for me but the team was supportive and understanding to my loan needs. Kirby and Kenny were awesome! It’s always intimidating buying your first home but they made the process so unbelievably smooth. I had friends who went with other mortgage companies and so to be honest I was scared because of the terrible experiences they had. The process did take awhile since we were buying a new build but Kirby and Kenny were there through the whole process! I’m sure all my questions over the six months got annoying but they never showed it and were always super sweet and accommodating! Loved them!
