AAC Credit Union Riley St, Holland

I am a member at this bank and let me tell you every time I turn around they are charging me nsf fees for things that I haven't even used and when you check you balance it gives actual and what you can spend well let me tell you that is incorrect because I was just charged 3x for stuff when my account said I stilled I had a spending limit available I highly recommend not using this bank they are not willing to figure pout the problem either they told me to call the places and figure it out how professional is that this is the north side branch as well as them telling my wife that she had to have money in her account at all times before she could even ever cash her check. save yourself the risk and go to a real bank that will take care of you.

The service inside and out is always great. Everyone attempts to get to know you and even if you don't want to be known, they still remember your name.

Amazing place for all of your banking and lending needs!

No matter what time of day I come to this location in Holland they are slow. The staff is not rude however they never seem to smile or be personable. By the lack of enthusiasm and lack of speed it almost seems like they hate their job.

Love this bank haven't had any issues very friendly staff & very helpful
