I had a small business account here. When I set-up the account, I made sure they knew it was an Etsy Store and there would not be regular deposits or activity. The paperwork I received and reviewed does not have any information on any fees, in fact it is a no-fee checking account I set-up. As of this month when I tried to log-in online I had no access and my card was denied recently. As of last month I was still receiving electronic e-statements for this account. Stopped in the the CU and was told that my account was closed due to inactivity. The funds I had in the account (less than $50) was taken for inactivity fees. I never received any written communication via email or by mail that fees were being deducted nor that my account had been closed. My Square store and Etsy store were all linked to this account and I had a craft sale this weekend I now have to wait for the funds to be returned to square to have deposited into a new account and switch all of my business banking information over to a new location and account. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism. The clerk at the counter was fantastic, the second person I talked to was not. When I asked her why my account was closed by her and I received no communication via email, print or by phone she had no answer and just stared at her piece of paper in front of her. I have taken my business elsewhere. Be cautious when banking here and ensure you have everything copied regarding your account details if you decide to bank here.

Terrible service and operation. Charged me twice for a payment multiple times and didn’t apply it to my loan or credit it back to me. If it weren’t for the loan being through then I would never deal with this place.

I had great experience at this credit union. The people that work here take pride in their company and are very kind.
