Chase Bank Leonard St, Grand Rapids

Chase just closed the nearest atm now I have to go to this next location and the atm is always down. Terrible service chase Bank

These people banned me because I was jointed to a high-school checking account with my father for a job I had when I was 16, I did everything I could to not be banned anymore. Me and my husband had recently had a face to face appointment with them and got everything set up to to check our accounts and to see they were unactive and we weren't even notified about it. They closed my father's accounts because he got in a argument at a drive through window 🙄 and banned them because he called them retards. My family had never ever had problems with any other chase Bank but moving into grand rapids and coming to this place has caused so many problems and had gotten me banned for no reason that is mine. Forget this place. The Chase in Muskegon though has always had amazing, friendly and understanding customer service.

I understand your atm got hit bye a car but it's been months now and still not replaced it's very inconvenient you have reduced hours closed on Saturday for me to do my banking and the the other two closet ATMs never work half the time I'm gonna have to change banks real soon

Bank tellers at the window were beyond rude. I have worked in customer service my entire working career and if that is their idea of how to work with customers they need a review of their policies or get new ones. I understand everyone wants to get home and end their day but to consistently remind the customer that "they closed at 4" and that "I shouldn't have been helped at all" really doesn't make me want to bank with them or ever go tho their branch again. Then denying me a deposit slip because they are closed is ridiculous, I don't work in a bank but how long would it take you to print off a slip....

The tellers are so friendly at this location -- I typically prefer to go inside so I can say "hello" (weird, I know). However, they do have a super cool ATM-ish machine right inside, too, which I've used for check deposits and cash withdrawals. It makes it a quick visit, if you need to just get in-and-out in a hurry!

Had some difficulty getting our account set up online due to some incorrect info on file & despite multiple calls to chase we could not get the issue resolved. Came into the Leonard branch today & Kenneth helped us within 5 minutes of us coming into the branch- he was super helpful & we really appreciated how someone was finally be able to help us.

I had so much help at this bank it is unbelievable. On more than 1 occasion, I had to file a Chase Claim after getting ripped off for an online purchase, and needed copies as evidence to file my claim. One of the banking employees was so helpful and faxed the copies I needed to Chase Claims for me, as I do not have a fax machine. It was a big job and there were many copies. They also helped me so much after my account got hacked into somehow on Amazon, to change my entire checking account. The employees at this bank especially (and other Chase branches) have done so many good deeds, always helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and polite, and with a good sense of humor. A+ all around.

This location has very poor customer service, very rude I won't be returning.

My wife n I had sat through an appointment for an hour n half just to get our account set then a week later our account got closed because my wife's father had been banned so now all of a sudden my wife is band too for something she had no control over and something that she was not involved In at all but Kenneth was a very good help he had called me back right after I called n tried to help me out cause he was confused as to why she was band too

They took away the outdoor ATM, and they’re also closed on Saturdays now. I’m done with Chase.
