We used them for purchasing my home from my parents. They made it very easy for us, gave us recommendations when we asked. I have two little kids so it was always easier to pick up the phone instead of replying to the email and they answered everytime. We were able to close on time and would use A1A Beachside Title again if needed. Gail and Stephanie were very nice and pleasant to work with.
