I just got off the phone with Ulexus at Amax and I explained how complicated my situation was and how I’ve been stressed trying to figure this out. Ulexus assured me she could help, just like everyone else I’ve spoken to, but unlike everyone else, Ulexus was actually able to help me. She figured everything out for me with minimal effort of my end. Super professional and made suggestions that would benefit me. Definitely has that customer first mentality. I recently went to get some insurance this week and I had the privilege of being helped by this wonderful young lady Raquel! As soon as i walked in she greeted me and asked me what services i was looking for ! I proceeded to sit at her desk as she really got my attention and I was having a horrible morning that day and she was very sweet, kind, very helpful, and polite to me! Her attitude and her moral was very uplifting for me and she actually made my day a lot better! Her service was superior and I've never received such great costumer service at an insurance place before! I came in looking for a good plan and reasonable deal for my auto insurance and Gabriella was the perfect woman to influence and help me get a better understanding of the contract I signed. She was very helpful as well as informative and so high spirited and devoted to helping me choose the plan that best suits me and I will be recruiting more clients her way, very professional and very patient.

I've been calling for a week straight and each time they tell me they are busy and will put me on a waiting list to call back. STILL NO CALL BACK! When i call they respond with "we have you on a waiting list we will get to you". This is absurd i cannot show up to the place which is why i have always called to pay.

I came in here today and had a easy no complications visit ! ( which in these rough times lately is what we all need) Gabriela Gonzalez was great! and greeted me as i walked in the door and was very courteous and professional.. she was also very helpful while i was making changes with a new transaction .. she goes the distance to try to help customers and seems to enjoy doing her job with a positive spin ... i was very impressed with her knowledge and her very positive and friendly attitude Gabriela provided me with an awesome customer service experience!
