Professional prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Tammy had all the paperwork ready and closing was a breeze. Each document was explained to me prior to signing. My copies of the documents are in a folder provided by 7 Title. Karen, the receptionist, was polite and informed Tammy that I arrived a few minutes early. I waited less than 1 minute after arriving. I highly recommend 7 Title.

We are now using 7 Title for our 3rd closing (2 buys and 1 sale) in two years and couldn't be happier! A very reasonable price to complete sale, always do an excellent job at title work, and will come to you (or even arrange for someone to come to you if you're out of town) for final signatures. No extra fees like other title companies charge. And if you're an ORNLFCU customer, very easy to transfer money. Will continue to use 7 Title for any future transactions we have.
