4 Brothers just purchased a house from us. Let me tell you, when we first met with Kevin About 2 1/2 weeks ago. When he arrived at the home he was very thorough going over the house. He asked us what we were looking to get for the home we told him. There was no bickering back-and-forth no lowballing just a straightforward offer... He made us an offer which we couldn’t refuse. I HAVE SO MANY GOOD THINGS TO SAY about 4-Brothers that I had to keep condensing my review. From the very beginning, service was top-notch. Acquisitions Manager, Ryan Horseman's customer service was great. After doing a brief inspection of the house, he presented a very reasonable offer considering its less-than-perfect condition. We negotiated a little and he pleasantly met our price within minutes. I JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH about 4-Brothers. I truly wish every company I dealt with was this efficient and customer-service conscious. I appreciate everything - particularly their patience. In fact, everyone at 4-Brothers was proactive in making sure we understood each process step-by-step. Moreover, we received virtually everything we requested, and in a timely manner. That alone was exceptional since our situation was a bit complicated and time-sensitive regarding our exit-strategy. We asked for many exceptions based on the day-to-day changes that were occurring with our future residence. We communicated mostly with Carrie and Nicky, and neither of them ever made us feel as though we were a bother. They randomly called us just to see if we were comfortable with everything that was going on.
