We received frequent updates and overall Allied made a process we expected to be stressful surprisingly enjoyable. As a real estate transaction coordinator helping to close hundreds of real estate contracts every year, I get to work with a lot of title companies. Some good, some terrible, some middle of the pack. Allied Title & Escrow is truly one of the best! When I see them on a contract I know nothing will fall through the cracks and they will do what it takes to get things done on their end. I work with Rita and Katie all the time and they are the crème de la crème of title processors. Prompt with communication, handle all tasks effectively, and dependable in even the bumpiest of contracts. Other processors at Allied Title are fantastic as well, you can't go wrong with choosing this company for title and settlement services.

Allied Title was the second title company we have worked with, and the experience was horrible. Communication was terrible. I had to ask them about things that I knew about from prior experience, rather than receive pro-active guidance on what to do when. The answers to my questions were almost always something along the lines of "go ask someone else or look it up yourself." I can't imagine working with them as a first-time homebuyer. Go somewhere else.

Very friendly, helpful and supportive staff! Made the process of closing very easy and continuously checked in to make sure I had everything I need and got all my appropriate documentation done accordingly. Also, loved the interior design of the office and conference rooms. Definitely recommend!

I recently employed Allied Title & Escrow to help purchase a home in NoVa. Their technology and customer service made it a seamless process. I was purchasing a home from outside the local area, so prompt communication and flexibility were paramount. Allied Title did a great job working with my realtor and lender to ensure a smooth experience.

This was the easiest closing that we have ever experienced. All of the pre-closing documents were done electronically, and the few questions that we had were responded to very quickly. We did not have to leave our home for the final closing, which was conducted by a notary that was sent to our home. All of the folks that we dealt with at Allied were excellent. Overall the experience was outstanding.

My husband and I just finished a third closing at Allied, and throughout the entirety of each of our transactions, Allied's team has been nothing short of fantastic. We've had the pleasure of working with Crystal Howard, Jen Elig, Tiffani Whittaker, Tori Swiacki, and Anna Durie (and I'm sure a couple other notaries). Each person was always incredibly responsive, professional, and organized, which are the top-most qualities we rely upon for these stressful transactions. Throughout each of our transactions, the team always responded to any request, whether it was for a copy of a document or a question about process. This has always made our transactions go so much smoother, and Allied has been the bright spot in each of our processes. In this most recent transaction, our lender was particularly disorganized and poor at communication, and the Allied staff were the complete opposite. We were waiting until the last minute to get confirmation we were cleared to close, and the Allied team continuously checked in and accommodated all the hiccups, which really saved the day for us. Once we were in office, the lender had failed to send over the paperwork, and we were left sitting in the conference room at your Arlington office. Anna was incredibly gracious, checking in on us, providing updates, and showing us where the snacks were. Luckily we finished our transaction on the schedule day, and it's really all thanks to the Allied team.
