I don't have a single bad thing to say about my experience with 1st signature. I worked with Nick Hallam on two separate loans. The first one was a construction loan that didn't work out from my end, not theirs. The second was a traditional purchase that we just closed on today! Nick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had no idea what I was doing when I started the process, but he was more than willing to explain everything to me in as much detail as I was able to comprehend. He made sure to be very transparent about all of the details of the loan and I didn't have any surprises. I felt confident that I understood my loan completely when I walked into closing. I also had a pleasant experience with the ladies in the processing department.

My loan officer ally was awesome. I was 90% sure I was going with another finance company, and she just wouldn't take no for an answer. She talked me through many steps took time with me and answered all my questions. Made me feel very comfortable moving forward. On top of that got a pretty good rate as they were on the way up during this process. Very personable and easy to deal with.

My experience working with Jeff Raney was great from start to finish. He explained things very well and I always felt like he had our best interest at the heart of what he was doing. Even when we finally found a house and were in a bit of a time crunch, he managed to meet the deadline and everything flowed flawlessly. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Patricia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she constantly kept me informed on the process and where I was on loan completion status. She worked with the county assessor office to assist with retrieving my property taxes and ensured that they were correct before closing the loan. She made sure to be very transparent about all of the details of the loan and I didn't have any surprises. I was out of town on a business trip at time of the closing, she went above and beyond to ensure that someone was able to meet me for my closing. I'm not sure what I would have don't without her help. I was confident and completely aware of my loan before I met with the closing agent, and knew there was no surprises. If there were ever any questions she was quick to response and have the answers that I needed. I would highly recommend her and the other ladies in lending department that assisted with my loan.

My experience with 1st Signature Lending went well. I learned some things about loans that I never knew, like what a Primary Residence loan is and what are the rules for getting one. They even go over your credit report with you. It helped me catch some errors that weren’t mine, something that a couple of other lenders never did, they only focused on your score. I began the process of trying to obtain a mortgage in July. It was my first time buying a home and the lender I worked with was not helpful or friendly at all. Jeff, was absolutely amazing. During our building process we ran into so many issues with little to no communication from our builder. But Jeff, went above and beyond. He was able to get our builder to communicate well with him to keep us up to date on what is going on. 10/10 fully recommend.

Huge disappointment from you Logan never heard back from you not even a single text message is been well over a week now and nothing, hope you understand that this process means a lot to people is a huge investment for most of us and we don't take this lightly. My loan officer Allyson Woodward was excellent. She stuck it out with me through several attempts to buy my house. She gave me step by step instructions and was always available for me. Our loan officer Tricia is the only one I will work with again… literally! We refinanced our house in August of 2021 but decided in January 2022 to sell and buy land and a house instead. She handled our refinance so smoothly we didn’t even question going back to do the new home purchase. From start to finish, she handled it all. It was a private party purchase and we didn’t have a realtor to assist us with the purchase. Tricia walked us through every step and explained exactly what we needed to do in a way I understood. Can't find words to describe how fantastic my experience was with 1st Signature. Robert Matthews was great … I applied from a dealer on Friday evening ..Robert called me Saturday morning ..explained the problems that I had had with another lender … instantly preapproved me ..and by Monday I had written approvals for two different types of loans. He communicated with my real estate agent, when she called him asking if I could increase the amount of the approval he gave her an instant positive response and I am now living in that house !!! Robert was educational, courteous, responsive. He made the entire process completely painless!! I will be eternally grateful to him ! He deserves a BIG raise!!

My experience with 1st Signature Lending was an interesting experience, but in the end turned out to be great! The process was a little tedious, because I owned my own business and my 2019amended return was not processed with the new numbers to support my income for the purchasing amount of the loan. The UW kept coming back with more and more documents for me to prove that I made the income. Long story short, it took 7 months for me to finally get approved 🙌 I want thank my assigned Loan Officer Michaela Rose for all of her hard work and dedication and encouragement through this process..including weekends!! She was such a blessing to me and my husband! I cried more than one phone call with her because, I was getting so discouraged! She help us without question!!! We will be NEW 1st Time HOMEOWNERS this coming APRIL 2022!!!🙏🙏😭😭

When I initially called in I spoke with a representative who then connected me with a Loan officer, that initial call has been the only communication with these people. The Loan officer (Kyle) was nice on the 1st call and advised I would be hearing back next day 6/8, it is now 6/18 and I have not received so much as an email in regard to my application. I’m a 1st time homebuyer and this process is already stressful enough so to just not hear anything when you’re trying to move this process along is completely unprofessional and frustrating. I can’t speak to how good they are during the loan process because I never got past giving my information due to their lack of communication.

Nick Hallam was so professional and and easy to talk with. He made our refi so easy and he listen to what we where wanting to do. He then made it happen in a great time frame. So if looking to refi on your home call 1st Signature and ask for Nick Hallam to get the job done!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with 1st signature lending. I worked with Marcus Gray to refinance my house. And he did a excellent job. I came out paying less for 15 years than what I was paying for 30 years on my home mortgage. I really think if your thinking about refinancing your home you should consider going with this company. I didn't have any problems. And all the paper work went smooth. I would highly recommend this company. And highly recommend Marcus Gray. He would always return my call and help and answer any questions.
