Huntington Bank E 96th St, Fishers

I highly recommend this bank! I don’t normally write reviews but Collin and Brian especially helpful managing my checking account. I appreciate all their assistance going above and beyond what they should do. It’s nice to know there is someone that you can trust to help you with your money and to me that is very important in a bank

Huntington branches are slower across the board compared to other banks, but this branch takes the cake. If you enjoy waiting 30+ minutes in line to take your money out, then this is the branch for you. Additionally, if you enjoy being harassed as to exactly why you are taking YOUR money out, then I highly recommend Huntington. The staff is not quite Wal-Mart slow, but quite close.

Great place to go if you are interested in credit card fraud. I have had two auto loans (one currently) with Huntington that have been serviced just fine. That is the only reason I leave a second star. I went in to this 96th st. branch to discuss the consolidation of these two auto loans into a single payment. The man I spoke with gave me a few options, one of them being to transfer the balance of the two loans to a zero-interest credit card. I said that might work, but ultimately left without making any changes. A YEAR later I had pulled a copy of my Wife's credit report, and noticed that she had a Huntington Bank Credit Card in her name, with the open date the same day I visited this branch. I have no idea why this particular banker (who is lucky I can't remember his name) thought it was ok to open a credit card in my wife's name, but needless to say, I was not happy when I found out. I know these guys get bonuses/commission on credit card sales, and this guy was probably trying to pad his paycheck with an illegal credit card opening. I will not be giving any of my future business to Huntington any time soon.

Friendly, helpful. Service is as quick as you want it to be and still feel like they were care about serving you.

Very insightful about my account and helpful

I have been baking with Huntington for over 10 years and I will say today I had the worst experience at this particular location. I am actually considering closing my account and banking elsewhere. The drive-through staff were not only slow but also extremely rude when making a request for a withdrawal slip and direct deposit form. The teller attempted to tell me that it was against Huntington policy however I’ve been banking with Huntington for several years now as stated previously and I had just requested a withdrawal slip a few days prior. When I asked to speak with a manager I was directed to a “personal banker” instead of the branch manager I requested. When I asked for a copy of the policy, I was told he couldn’t find it. I filed a complaint with Huntington and depending on the outcome will determine if I will take my business elsewhere.

I have been a loyal customer at this branch since its opening. Top notch staff and services! This branch makes banking for both my personal and business accounts easy-peasy..thank you folks!

Staff was great. Got a notary for no charge, and no account. Will definitely open an account here some day.

Their waiting hours is worst that the traffic in the interstate under construction.
